Lovely hotel with exceptional staff.

Pros: Service was excellent - all staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the resort and offered assistance in booking restaurants and taking us to different part of the resort.

Cons: Spa was smaller than expected and we all had sneezing fits during and after use.

I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: I thought the location of the hotel was great as it was slightly to the end of the high street and therefore quieter. The bar was cosy and the barman was friendly. The breakfast was good and there was a good selection of food on offer. The spa area was also lovely and we used it 3 times.

Cons: The spa area wasn't staffed properly. You have to book a session so they know you are coming and will be using it. On our first visit there was no one there and no towels for us. The second time, there was a family in there overrunning their time and no one was managing who should be leaving. It is fairly small so too many people and screaming children makes it a less enjoyable experience. The last time we went, there was someone there but still no towels.

Pros: Great location, good room and bathroom size for a 3 person room. Lovely and very helpful staff. The spa was a nice bonus too. Breakfast was lovely - great range and lovely cooked options.

Charming boutique hotel perfect for couples or small families wanting easy access to the best of Les Gets.

Pros: We liked the proximity to the main ski lift in Les Gets as well as the restaurants and shops. The spa with steam room, sauna and large jacuzzi was great as well.

Couldn't have found a better place or staff.

Pros: Perfect location, just a 2 min walk from the centre and the Chavannes Express chair lift. Comfortable, well equipped rooms. Great buffet style selection at breakfast with a choice of hot freshly cooked options. Wonderful friendly staff who are always ready to assist and advise.
