    A good family holiday away from the routine in the wonderful Tignes!

    Pros: Incredible kindness and dedication coming from the whole staff made of our holidays a very pleasant experience. The facilities for washing our clothes and the welcome cleaning package are very welcoming and helpful for a big family and after a long trip. The numerous activities leave us always something to do even if it has to be indoor due to the weather.
    Cons: We struggled with the size of the first flat but the team was amazing and relocated us into a very comfortable and much bigger place. However it was giving on the street and the night club opposite the hotel gets really loud at night and during the day the intersport underneath us was using a karsher jet all day long to clean the bikes. It was so noisy!!! They have damp issues inside the water pipes of the bathrooms and facilities and the smell gets quite bad because the fans arent working. It would need a better air evacuation .

    Pros: The location
    Cons: Rooms could have been more comfortable and cleaner, we expected there to be more of a hub in the reception area where we could play pool and have a drink with the kids at night, more helpful accommodating staff with a willingness to help organise activities and give us information about things to do locally, having to do an inventory on arrival and told to clean thoroughly and stop beds etc or pay a large amount of money was not what I would expect from a 4 star residence

    On the whole a very enjoyable trip.

    Pros: Great position in Val Claret, helpful friendly staff, good spa facilities
    Cons: It was really awkward because I had booked 2 adjoining 6 people apartments, one for my family and one for my friend and her family (C3 and C4) which were the same price but were very different in size and facilities. Ours was bigger with 2 bathrooms. C3 should definitely be cheaper! Also the lifts/stairs/car park access are a complete mystery and hard to navigate your way around.

    Pros: Good location near supermarket. You can ski-in/ski-out sometimes. SPA is excellent facilities.
    Cons: There is no second toilet in 2 bedroom + living room.

    I had expected the accommodation...

    Pros: The spa and pool were nice although I would agree with previous reviews regarding the jacuzzi temperature being lower than I would have liked.
    Cons: Not good value for money, rather dirty, you even had to rent a towel and gown for the spa despite having paid approximately 200 on treatments. Would have expected these to be complimentary considering treatments were purchased. The bed and beading was uncomfortable.

    Pros: We stayed at a very nice suite with a fantastic backyard, which had almost 1 meter of snow; hence, we were able to spend a great time playing in the snow... also we had very close a supermarket, restaurants and grocery shops... the spa facilities were also very nice and help you to relax at the end of the day
