Worst hotel experience in japan.

Pros: nothing, and will never stay there again.

Cons: Check in process was very unwelcoming. we were told that addtional cost had to be paid for the second person even though we booked for a room that could fit a maximum of 3 people. This was observed to be occurring to a few more guest checking into the same time as us. They have a misleading booking system. when we got to the room, it was so tiny that it shouldn't only sleep one person. again, false advertising on the room being able to accommodate sleeping 3 people. Upon entering the room, the room was dusty and had a foul smell. The balcony was bigger than the toilet. Additionally, after paying for additionally people they had not passed us water bottles for the addtional people. when requesting more water, they were trying to limit us to a single water bottle. We even had to argue that we have 2 people staying in the room to be finally provided with another water bottle. This whole experience was worst than even a backpackers accomodation and you would have gotten much more affordable rates. P.S. Not a family friendly location.

Pros: The room was very nice and well maintained. Location was close to several different train lines that made it convenient for us to travel around the city. Staff were incredibly friendly and polite.

AMAZING JUST BOOK IT

Pros: I couldnt say enough about this place! It was amazing. Huge room, great shower, private onsen attached! You could easily fit 10 people in this room it was massive and the location was 5 min walk from ueno park and ueno station!

Cons: That i didnt stay longer lol nothing about this was bad!

Pros: Great location! Only several minutes from the Keisei Skyliner and metro station. Walking distance to Akihabara, Ameyoko, and Ueno.

Cons: Main building (not annex) was very dated. The smallest room is really only good for 1 and still barely had room for my carry on luggage. You can also hear your neighbors and music from surrounding karaoke.

Great experience in Tokyo for private onsen

Pros: Good location, close to lots of restaurants and shops. Good facilities and spacious room. We loved the private onsen hot tub.

Cons: The traditional Japanese doors in the room didnt block light from the street and it was quite a noisy area, so while our 1-night stay was pleasant it probably wouldnt be ideal for longer stays.

Pros: It fitted our entire family of 7 into one apartment albeit very small but had outdoor patio with hot tub. Price very reasonable. In a great area for restaurants, museums, Ueno Park and trains. Front reception very helpful
