No alcohol policy at Hotel

Pros: The room was spacious with 2 separate rooms, a small dining room, kitchen, and one bathroom. It was perfect for a family of 4. The was nothing wrong with the room. I can't find any fault with the room it self.

Cons: The Hotel has a no alcohol policy. They don't serve alcohol and the restaurant or swimming pool. On our last night we just wanted to relax at the hotel with dinner and a class of wine as we had an early flight out the next morning. But the Hotel has a no alcohol policy.

Great hotel

Pros: Centre Point Silom is always my first choice when looking for a hotel in downtown Bangkok. I like the location and book a room overlooking the river. It is only a 5 minute walk to the Sky train station. The staff throughout the hotel are very polite and helpful , nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel restaurant serves a very good buffet breakfast.

Amazing location, great stay

Pros: I like the river view from the balcony of the room. But I have to say that I booked the room with river view and it was not the one showed on the photos. Then I asked for an upgrade for 500 bahts and it was ok. The room was super big and comfortable. The room service was good for a good price. The location was amazing, walking distance to river where you can take the boats. A lot of markets, massage places, manicure and pedicure places in walking distance.

Cons: I asked them to help me find a nice boat tour and they suggested me one which costs something around 2000 bahts as far as I remember. Then I said no, walked to the river, asked the first one I saw and they said 700 baht. Which was also tourist price but come on the one hotel tried to arrange? I would expect they consider the comfort of the visitors but apparently all it is about the money.

Pros: We would like to extend our gratitude to the reception team at Silom Hotel during our stay. They welcomed us exceptionally well, and the constant smiles from all staff members, as well as their prompt assistance whenever needed, especially the gentleman from the concierge team who patiently provided clear answers to all our queries, made us very happy. My wife and I are quite particular about hygiene, and we must say that the facility was so clean and comfortable that we were thoroughly pleased.The unparalleled river view from the rooms and the central location were truly invaluable for us. Almost everything was within walking distance, and the accessibility to the ferry and other amenities was excellent. As for breakfast, it was quite sufficient for us, but if you wish to cater more to Turkish guests, adding 1-2 additional types of cheese to the breakfast spread would suffice. Thanks for everything. Hope to stay again.

Cons: The family suites on ten floor smelled very musty and the floor was quite dirty. No service for the pools s pool closes early. Staff was polite but not necessarily extra friendly or edged to give tips etc.

Location, staff, breakfast and facilities were all excellent.

Pros: Location (close to skytrain and riverboats), cleanliness of hotel, the hotel's facilities and the staff were all excellent. Being able to leave the hotel via Robinsons department store was vey convenient.

Cons: Only a very minor point. The area by the pool to sunbathe was quite small and only sunny for a few hours.
