    Had a great stay! Staff amazing!

    Pros: Great customer service by the staff. They were always helpful. The room was nice and spacious. The location of the hotel was really good.

    Cons: The staff was not good.. we had a problem in our room and we got no help from the staff. The next day when we complained we informed the staff again to get the air cooler repaired. When we reached back to our room in the evening nothing was done. When we went to inform them said now we can't do anything and will check tomorrow. We got no help and we had booked our stay for 4 days and paid in advance so we had to manage ourselves. I won't recommend this hotel

    Everything as cheap as it could be and dirty

    Pros: Location was good
    Cons: My room was dirty (floor, wall, toilet), toilet is very cheap, no big window, AC is very loud, staff turned of the AC during the day, AC lost water, breakfast was cruel (the cheapest ingredients you can get), reception staff was watching private videos instead of saying hello or bye This should not be the standard of a three stars hotel
