Pros: Close to a convenience store. I can order breakfast in hotel when I need.

Cons: It was a bit hot in the room. Maybe I don't know how to use the room.

Pros: As a traveller with walking difficulties, I was so grateful to the breakfast room staff. Seeing that seating was on tatami mats, I was going to skip the breakfast I had paid for . The staff instead set me up a small table and chair in the back room and brought me through a breakfast on a tray. Most thoughtful, considerate, and kind..

Cons: Not an easy walk from the station, I would advise travellers in Japan to factor in a small taxi fare when considering budget accommodation. Like most hotels of this type, no externa phonel calls can be made from one's room.

Pros: Good location, quite central and 15 minutes from train station.

Cons: I was stuck on a smoking level as all the non-smoking levels were booked. The bed was too soft.

Pros: Accommodation fees are quite inexpensive.

Cons: Its a bit far from Kofu station and some facilities are obsolete, which is not normal in Tokyo but common in provinces.

Pros: very easy to locate, the room was bigger than some business hotel in Japan, it was very quiet, I didn't take the breakfast...but on the first floor they got a very nice restaurant...in the front of the hotel, you have family mart, a parking if you travel by car....very nice!!
