Not a good stay

Pros: The location is always perfect

Cons: We got to the suite like 3pm and wanted to try to check in and one of the service desk guys stated he wanted to check if the room was ready or almost then said it wont be ready till 4pm so he gave us parking passes and we came back at 415pm just to make sure everything would be ready. Another woman was helping me and she stated that she was going to check if the room was ready and came back and said it was not now its 430pm and i am still waiting, so she says while we finish the check in it should be ready and it was. We were next to the gym big no no, because it is a 24 hour gym and we had kids playing in there throwing weights around. I truely liked this place but this time around it was not worth it. I will find another location to stay at from now on. Also false advertising the room stated 2 bed suite with 3 full beds in one room and 2 king beds. And we got a room with a king bed and 2 full beds another room with a king bed and a murphy bed, now when you have teenage boys and 2 couples how are you suppose to share a room with teenegers. Not a good concept in the room. 2 thumbs down.

Pros: My family and I loved the location of Celebration Suites. The kids enjoyed the theme park as well as the pool. The adults enjoyed the nightlife. It's something for everyone to enjoy from any age group. Everything we needed was close by, and the environment was absolutely amazing! The suites were very clean and very spacious for a family of ten. The rates are beyond reasonable for such suites. The staff was just purely amazing from check-in to checkout and in between. This is definitely our new destination for vacation.

Pros: I vacationed at this location 2 years ago and everything was great that’s why I returned to this property , but everything was fine the first 3 days of my stay

Cons: I didn’t like the fact that me and my children were kicked out of the hotel at 1 am with no explanation with no where to but home which was 12 hours away.. And was surrounded by police which scared my children… I feel like the staff was unreasonable and didn’t care that I had children traveling with me that was awoken from their sleep to leave ,if the property wanted us to leave they could’ve been nice enough to wait until sunrise at least

Wonderful stay with lots of...

Pros: We loved how spacious the rooms were. Everyone had their own space to decompress after playing in the parks and being out all day! The rooms were clean, and we enjoyed the amenities. Tge lights in the rooms had dimmers and that came in handy for our night owls. The full size fridge and freezer came in handy. Also, loved the close proximity to everything. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Pros: For me the most important thing is cleanliness and I love it, it is a very clean place, it does not have air fresheners, the kitchen is super clean and very complete, you can cook something simple, the rooms are very comfortable with a large television. The bathroom is clean and has everything you need. Room service is very punctual and efficient. the people who work there are friendly. The cleaning girls were very friendly.

Cons: The shower was not clean and the front desk at one point during the week didn’t pick up the phone so our request for additional towels required a trip to the front desk.

Pros: We changed plans and found this hotel to stay. So glad we decided to stay for the last few days of our vacation! Would definitely stay here again when in the area! The staff messages were great. Attentive. And the beds were Sooooo comfy! Great rooms. Lots of room and so clean! The kitchen was a bonus to have some extra space and dishes to use when needed.

Cons: The bathroom was somewhat small but definitely met our needs.
