    It was nice, quiet and matched our budget. Staff was great and we would stay there again.

    Pros: Location was great, we loved being near Lydgate Park and enjoyed walks down the beach. It was nice and quiet as well. Kids LOVED the pool!
    Cons: Lots of trash between the resort and the beach, a little disappointing. We picked up what we could though. AC would have been nice and the pull out couch was dirty with crumbs and other debris. Shower head in the downstairs bathroom was pretty bad as well.

    Pros: View of ocean, sunrise and gardens, comforts offered within the condo, quiet neighbors, strictly non-smoking facility, well manicured garden and grounds
    Cons: A couple of the slate-windows were inoperable; the lack of hooks, towel bars, hangers; and roosters crowing; no closet space

    Because of the location it was good but it certaibnly was not any thing else upgraded about the unit

    Pros: The location beach front was excellent aand the uinit was well stocked.
    Cons: The unit had uncomfortable bedding and matress and only a double bed in the "master" room. The carpet was old and the ugliest color I have ever seen. The kitchen appliances worked but were very dated.

    Beautiful property!

    Pros: The condo was beautiful and spotless. Owner let us check in earlier than what we were supposed to. We had a long night flight from Japan and were tired.
    Cons: Could've had someone help us with our luggage onto the 2nd floor. We are elderly and it was tough.

    Pros: The location is perfect. Short walk to the Lydgate Park protected swim area. Equidistant to the end of the road north and west.
    Cons: The three flights of stairs. But the view was worth it.

    Its a beautiful place and you pay for the view.

    Pros: The view was amazing
    Cons: I booked for 6 people and there was only 1 queen size bed and 2 twins. No pull out and our other 2 guests had to stay somewhere else because there was no where for them to sleep.

    Pros: Third time in 8 years at the Kaha Lani. The apartment was well equipped and clean. Beach front apartment has a beautiful view.
    Cons: Depending on other guests education and occupancy of the resort, there is a lot of door slamming
