    Pros: .
    Cons: the property was excellent however we booked in Australia in AUD and on arrival the hotel said we had to pay in USD , that's 35% more. contacted Booking. com help center 5 times. Eventually i was told i would get a refund, however that never happened, have contacted Booking. com a further 3 times by email but no reply. i would stay there again but not book with booking.com.

    Cons: Apartment was very dark. No natural light.

    Pleasant but wouldnt stay for more than 2 days

    Pros: The location is amazing, the staff is so helpful and kind, and the suite is clean and pretty.
    Cons: The wifi suites QR code was expired, but we were able to use the floors wifi (it didnt reach the bedroom though). There wasnt a soap bar for hand washing (we used the body wash from the shower). There wasnt an iron board in the room, we ironed on the kitchen. The bed was very stiff and small for a queen sized.

    Pros: Ideally located in a safe area of Mexico city, great for business travels or a short stay. I was quite happy to have found this place and would return if needed.

    Perfect for a Mexico City stay

    Pros: Great accommodation in superb location. It is a very nice area and there are world class restaurants within walking distance. The accommodation works perfect and the staff was very helpful in all aspects. We will come back - it was a perfect Mexico City base!

    Cons: The staff at reception were not friendly. Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant first experience checking into the hotel. Had the same experience at check-out. Poor selection for breakfast.
