    Pros: The location of this hotel is good and the staff were very nice. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was nice. We forgot to pack a UK to EU plug to charge our phones and the hotel kindly loaned one to us.
    Cons: We booked a twin room but when we arrived we were given a double. Unfortunately our room could not be changed but we were given breakfast free of charge which was nice. We booked a basic room and it was pretty basic. We were woken up early in the morning by the cleaners as the storage cupboard was outside our room and the lift was noisy too.

    Pros: Fine, no issues
    Cons: Room was a bit depressing. A simple painting or photograph would have helped. The light across the air shaft would go on and off all night making it difficult to sleep. At least the bed was comfortable and the room very clean.

    Pros: At The very moment we stepped inside the hotel we instantly felt welcome. The hotel was very cosy with nice rooms and The location could not Be better; Everything was just "behind the corner" Breakfast was good. The asolutely jewel was the staff ; very friendly, warm and nice persons.

    The hotel offers quite big rooms and it is well located, in the city center and close to the beach whitout being noisy.

    Pros: Location in the center of nice and close to the beach but not noisy
    Cons: WiFi working on-off, superficial cleaning, old bathroom

    Pros: Nice room, the bed was comfortable, the cleaning lady was the nicest person you would ever meet. One of the managers was helpful.
    Cons: The low review is due to the very poor internet service. There was none to my room (internet worked in the lobby) which meant doing any work etc. was made more difficult. Especially if you are not from Europe and require internet in the middle of the night and you had to work out of the lobby. I would recommend that before anyone books at this hotel, that the hotel management guaranteed internet to the room or only a hotel room that can access the internet.

    Balcony room ideal for a short stay in Nice

    Pros: Great balcony and view of the city. Lovely hotel manager (Roberto) who provided us with towels for the beach, a beach umbrella and bottle opener. Location was ideal - easy to walk to public spots for food and sight seeing.
    Cons: Wifi was unreliable/unsecured. We arrived late at night and our initial room was not ideal (unclean bathroom), which we explained to the night staff member. First thing next morning, the hotel manager Roberto was very kind and apologetic and moved us to a nicer room which was much more comfortable.
