Pros: The location was far enough away from the center of San Pedro, but close enough to easily get there with your golf cart. I loved that it was on the beach and we were able to be pick from the hotel dock to do our excursions.

Future citizens

Pros: Nigel was soooo great in helping my daughter and I navigate the island. Mr. LeRoi was my favorite excursions guy...if you want to schedule any extra activities...he's the man to ask. Also I'll like to send a special appreciation to Tropical Cart Rentals for being so gracious when I had a slight golf problem and they were there and resolved it immediately. All in all I loved my trip and plan to return real soon

Pros: Location was right on the beach. Food was just OK. AC was great. Banana bread was on the menu but they said they couldnt find bananas to make it. Very friendly staff. Massage by the ocean was amazing.

Cons: The sorghum was so bad that I wouldnt go in the ocean. Such a disappointment. Very basic accommodations The walls were a bit thin and I could hear the guests above me every night. Would have preferred bottled water instead of filling up used bottles.. The pool were small with kids in both . Would be nice if there was an adults only.

Wonderful

Perfect quiet getaway.

Pros: We loved our stay! It's modest and not flashy but was perfect for the low key stay we were looking for. The location is outside downtown which we preferred - a golf cart came in handy to explore. It's walking distance to multiple food options and was a 5 minute walk from the Belize Pro Dive center that we were using. The staff were all really great and accommodating- even decorating our room for our anniversary! The beach and views are beautiful and it was nice to cool off in the pool in the afternoon. Special shout out to Nigel at the front desk for always being ready to help, to Glen and the other bar staff for great service, and to the manager Beth who made sure to check in with guests.

Cons: Considering the comparatively low price of course we weren't expecting a high end hotel. There are some parts of the property that are a bit worn. I wish there was a comfortable place to sit inside our room but we did only have the basic room. This wouldn't be a problem if you booked into a villa which all looked really nice.

Relaxing and peaceful beach side stay

Pros: Lovely layout with both pool and beach and lots of sun beds. Convenient beach bar serving food and drinks. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I wanted to treat myself to 2 nights in a hotel while backpacking and not leave the hotel for that full day so this was perfect.

Cons: Location is south San Pedro so almost impossible to walk to the main bit of town, you need a golf buggy. There are a few nearby shops and restaurants you can walk to however.

This place doesnt have free cancellation policy for nothing

Pros: all I can say is that it was clean

Cons: On first glance, the property seems nice. Near the ocean, white sand, all around Caribbean. But as soon as you get into the place, a horrendous smell from the sea grass hits you right in the face. Fair to say that this is a problem all around the island, but other places go the distance to take better care of the situation and not an occasional swipe of the leftovers. Me and my friend (navy veterans and by no means easily deterred by uncomfortable citations) immediately realised that we couldnt stay. Upon trying to cancel our second of two nights we encountered the obvious no cancellations policy. We ended up staying the other night only to be surprised by a suggestion to refund us on the second night, but we were eventually denied but what looked like a misunderstanding on behalf of the hotel staff. A really bad experience from the existing conditions that was only made worse by the hotels treatment. Stay clear, and go to the west facing side of the island where the sea grass is nonexistent and the hotels are hopefully more forthcoming. (photos for emphasis, ten meters into the sea)

I couldn't be happier

Pros: The staff was kind and friendly. They were very helpful.the room was comfortable, and the pool and the beaches were well cared for.

Cons: There was not much not to like. They were able to clean up the beaches daily from the sargassum conditions of the sea. I commend there workers for doing a great job.

Pros: well positioned not in town but not too far away either. it was also very closed to the dive centre I used and was very handy to have the room on the ground floor to hang my wet suit to dry.
