Do not go to this hotel

Pros: Only good thing at this property is pool but also the pool is poorly maintained.

Cons: This property could be described as organized scam. At check-in they said that we can pay with cash in euros. Just to find out that they are trying to scam us with exchange rate - difference with the rate at the bank was so big, that the absolute difference would be 1400 EUR for 3 rooms for one week. One of the rooms had to be changed as there was water leaking from the ceiling. Staff is not serving at the pool, only at bar but you are not allowed to go to bar in swimming shorts. I am premium member of radisson chain, but this hotel is part of the chain that was sold to the choice hotels - message to the owners of trademark radisson - this property is a disgrace for the chains name. Oh just another warning - you cannot make reservation for a room with breakfast - they will charge you additionally for breakfast....take your seat...250TTD, that makes 500TTD for two. It is 68EUR by todays exchange rate.

I would have been happier if I did not have to deal with plumbing issues! Otherwise I was okay!

Pros: The staff addressed issues cheerfully, and compensated me to my liking!

Cons: Bedding smelled rancid, coffee machine was dirty. Cold/hot water; Hot/cold water malfunctioned severely. Evidently plumbing issues

Cons: The price of the breakfast should be included in the price of the accommodation, I do not remember seeing that option.

Great stay, would recommend!

Pros: Staff were welcoming. Camille in the brunch service is worth a special mention. She was excellent, friendly and professional.

Cons: Towels werent changed on 2nd night despite request. Toilet paper ran out along with shower gel. Called reception and Donna came to our rescue, very friendly and accommodating. Other downside is the coffee in the room/no milk provided no biscuits/refreshments (expected at Radisson).

Pros: Expected more for the price but was pleasant enough. Location gym pool lobby free computer use and printing
