    Good value for money and great staff

    Pros: It was good value for money. A larger room than you would get elsewhere for the price. The staff were fabulous and the room was comfortable. Close the Ueno park.
    Cons: Its not in the heart of Ueno. Its one subway stop away. That was fine but it might be an issue for some people. The hotel is a little dated but good value for money.

    Cons: The "return key" system everytinlme I left the hotel to eat out or sightsee. It felt like the hotel didn't trust its guests to keep track of their own room key.

    Tired and dated. Better value elsewhere!

    Cons: Disappointing. Tired and dated. Does not look like the photos. Carpet and furniture looks like it has not been updated for 20 years. Carpet is stained throughout. I have never seen such shabby carpet in a hotel! Ordinary bed sheets, thin towels. You can get much better for your money!

    Very Good

    Overall experience is good.

    Pros: Location is convenient.
    Cons: Room is a bit small for 2 persons. Does not tidy up the bed for one day because I have some personal stuff on the bed. But I have some personal stuff on the bed everyday and they tidied up the bed the other days.
