    Pros: no breakfast offered
    Cons: bed were rock hard, sheets were shred bare, blanket had holes, 2 mornings no hot water, no coffee maker, no microwave, 2 pots, frying pan unusable, chairs old and uncomfortable. 1.5 kms on a gravel road off highway

    Pros: The breakfast and staff were good. The grounds, grass, lagoon and wildlife spectacular.
    Cons: Lack of towels and those we had were old thin and Grey. False advertising in that it was close to nothing, the restaurant was closed, and we couldn't even get coffee or a snack, had to track down water the place was rundown and old. The chainsaw was buzzing all morning. No cushions or pool towels etc

    Pros: The staff did everything to make us comfortable, they even brought us a coffee maker. It was clean, and the scenery was beautiful.
    Cons: The only thing was you couldnt walk directly to the beach because of the golf course.

    So Much Potential!

    Pros: Spacious rooms. Interesting location..next to golf course, pretty inland water views, attractive exterior. Staff was very helpful.
    Cons: Property is not connected to ocean and a few minute drive off Hwy 200 down winding (pretty) road. So it is not easy to connect to restaurants or Bucerias. Internet was best near office. Beds a little hard for my taste. But ok. Breakfast too was just ok and otherwise no on site restaurant or bar. Great place if you bring your own food and drink.
