It was a pleasant stay despite all the problems.

Pros: The location is good and the room is big, clean and comfortable.

Cons: Our room is on the 3rd floor which the elevator does not go up. We had to carry our heavy luggage up. The room door PIN code didnt work and we had to wait for more than 15min for it to be fixed so we can enter. The curtains are slightly too short and cannot cover properly. Morning light will shine in. The wifi is very slow too. We had to use our own data. We had to open one window as the rooms aircon doesnt work. The noise from the road outside and peoples voice could be heard.

Cons: the photos showed wooden floors. We were sureprised to see a carpeted one. We normally do like carpeted rooms.

A Cozy Home

Pros: The apartment was exactly as prescribed and as photos. Very spacious, cozy and comfy like you are in your own apartment. It was super clean, wifi is strong. Kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The location is great in the heart of the city, 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and surroundings. It was an apartment style not a hotel so there was no reception, it was a self digital checkin and out and was super easy. The best of all was the quick efficient communication via whats app with the team. We requested an extra duve and we got one immediately. Very good option considering the price and location. By the way there is no parking in the building but there is a paid public park 1 minute away (EUR50 for 24 hours).

Pros: We loved the room! We had a bathtub and a huge closet we really liked!

Cons: The room we stayed in was at the corner and I was sleeping near the entrance door so I can hear a man singing or talking on the phone in the middle of the night. I had a little difficulty sleeping. I wish the room was soundproofed.

Cons: Almost everything else. After paying an exorbitant amount, the value for money was terrible. I had booked a room specifically stating that there was elevator access - a non negotiable throughout of trip so I was willing to pay a bit more. Upon reached the hotel do I get confronted with the fact that our room was 1 of 2 only that requires you to take an elevator upto the second floor and then take a flight of winding stairs upto the room. When I tried to get I touch with the elevator help centre on whatsapp, I got told the following : 1. They were a few steps (which they were most definitely not - its an entire flight of stairs 2. That I should have checked with the property before hand even though the listing on booking and their own URL states clearly thats its accessible by elevator and wheelchair apparently? Screenshots attached for proof 3. How the ancient building is not suitable to construct an elevator 4. How there is no manager to speak with at 2pm in the afternoon since hes busy with other things and available only the next day 5. (The best one yet) That they are not a hotel but a digital company and theres nothing they can do For a company thats running a zero staff hotel the least they can do if have good customer care agents because thats literally your only touchpoint. I worry to think of there was any kind of emergency what would have happened. I spoke to 2 agents during my 3 day stay there and one was worse than the other - rude, not helpful at all and quite frankly seem least interested in their job. Long story short - for the price you would pay to stay here, youre better off at an actual hotel with human beings interacting with you or an Airbnb. Id give 0 stars if possible. And to the company running numa - your really need to get your basics right first before you scale such a format.

Great location, easy check in, very hot room

Pros: The location is excellent. Super easy check in / check out via WhatsApp. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Cons: Theres no AC, just heat. We went in late October and the room was unbearably hot 24/7 no matter how high we set the fan to, which meant we had to keep the windows open at all times and in turn got attacked by mosquitos. Theres also no real human person to contact if you have issues, the customer service is through the app/WhatsApp and its a bot not an actual person so that didnt help much.

Pros: Central location, close to main venues and public transportation. Our apartment was big and comfortable.

Cons: Clima was not working properly and I did not manage to get support from the virtual assistant

Pros: The location, the rooms, the team in the restaurant for breakfast

Cons: Leak in bathroom and very noisy neighbours

Comforatble rooms, great location to Duomo and Cadorna Station

Pros: Safe building and close to the Duomo and Cardorna Station. Clean , comfortable room and bath that were up to date. The water and chips were nice freebies.

Cons: Need to have luggage racks to put bags on. The door to our room needs to be shaved down so it doesn't stick and ruin the floor like it is now. Better instructions for thermostat in the room, it was very hot in our room when we arrived and it was a warm day. I know it's not popular in Italy but screens on the windows might be nice, I got lots of mosquito bites at night. I enjoy having the windows open. Street noise is an issue.

Pros: I chose Numa because of the great location - in the very heart of the city, 5 mins to Duomo and other landmarks at the reasonable price

Cons: No cleaning was provided during stay, though in other apartments there was. No bathing robes and slippers
