Cons: On arrival I have been asked to sign an agreement that I shall not smoke in the room but the room I was given was smelling so bad that I could not stay in it. I have been given another room where every night I could hear a dripping sound from the external wall. Was so annoying that I could not sleep. I informed the reception about it but no action has been taken for as long as I was there. I got to get used to the sound. The reception of the hotel it is in the same place with the restaurant. At the same desk you order your food or your room. I found it disturbing. In the first evening I asked something to eat and the only think they had were some cabbage with nothing in it for which I paid 12 euros. I never eat there again. The room was small. From the bed I could touch the wall on any side. it had a tee kettle but the socket was so high up the wall that to plug it in it suppose to climb the table and then to keep the kettle in your hand because the wire was so short. At the head of the bed were the light switchers but their location was that every move you make in bed will result the light on or off because you hit with the head or the pillow those switches. On the other side of the bed in a similar location was a power socket. I think it is dangerous to have anything plugged in there, especialy when you might sleep there too. The location is in the middle of nowhere. I walked half hour in every direction and I did not see a shop of any kind.

Cons: I have booked my room a few weeks in advance. After check-in and payment they found out there is not any available room in this hotel !!! After they sent me to another Campanile hotel at the other end of Rotterdam, 20 km away from my destination. Moreover, they cannot issue a correct invoice, numbers at invoice are different against what I have paid in reality!

Disappointing and dark.

Pros: Room and bed was clean. Bathroom was clean. Room was warm. It was quiet. The water kettle and coffee was handy.

Cons: Bed was hard. There was no hot water. Also no plug in the sink. Toilet seat was loose. I used kettle to make some warm water to wash with. I planned to stay two nights but checked out after one, did not sample breakfast.

Pros: Room was very spacious and would have been fine for a long week if was needed. Place was very clean inside and out and was great for parking to room

Cons: The shower curtain was very long and almost tripped over a few times when having a shower which could of course an accident which I really could have done without. Health and safety of guests clearly not in effect there

Cons: The hotel can't be called even an hotel. Dirty, nno conditions, bad construction, holes in the room, not enough towels... Extremely bad!!! The worst experience I ever had.
