    We are not happy

    Cons: We are Nurses that worked over the night . Some places , if we go earlier, we can pay £10 for early check in . your staff refused to check us in early until 13:00 pm. Despite the fact that we explained to her that we are night staff. I think once in a while you should be considerate to nurses . Thanks .They were testing the alarm , but we are not informed. We rushed out of our room when the alarm rang. we called the reception before we are that it is testing period.

    Passable

    Pros: The staff were very friendly and tried to meet my needs as a disabled person and there was a good range of food for breakfast and was very nice.
    Cons: The carpets were dirty.the curtains and nets were old dirty and moth bitten also the bed was passable but not very comfortable. And the room was very cold and there was no free view after 20 minutes you had to pay for it with the price it should be in with it . I would stay again as I've been in worse but would want the issues sorting as this lets the hotel down .
