Cons: A few weeks ago, I planned to stay at the Caldera Premium Villas for 3 nights, enticed by the hotel's picturesque location within Santorini. However, my plans were abruptly halted when I suffered a Trimalleolas ankle fracture ( worst type of ankle fracture) while walking down the old stone staircase leading to the hotel check-in/ entrance. Despite the hotel's appealing features, the dangerous and uneven conditions of the steps caused me to slip, resulting in a fractured ankle (one that will take months to heal). This unfortunate incident effectively cancelled my three-night stay, and my family and I had to fly back to Athens promptly for surgery. It's crucial for the Caldera to address the perilous step entrance, ensuring a safe and accessible experience for all guests and preventing such incidents from marring future visitors' experiences in Santorini and Greece.

Cons: The room was too noisy as it was close to breakfast room and common toilet area. Cant sleep whole night due to coffee machine sound and echo of noice due to curve rooms.

All in all it was an enjoyable time. Wish people told us exactly what all to see in around the Hotel

Cons: . Going down the cliff to the bottom most level was a bit hard. Maybe some ropes or other assistance would be helpful. Oh, perhaps some snacks in the lower most room would be helpful. Could start breakfast at 7 AM Also, we had to search which path to take when we were out for watching sunset.

Great caldera views stay

Pros: The views and staff attentiveness were great! We were welcomed with a really refreshing lemonade drink and they had staff to help us carry our luggage.

Cons: The rooms were quite small and the breakfast was a little disappointing.

Nice place for a general stay but NOT for a honey moon destination under any circumstances!

Pros: Great location and mostly friendly staff who tried to be helpful. The room was on the larger side. The porters were great and them taking the luggage was much appreciated

Cons: The room was very misleading based on the website and how honeymoon suites were advertised. They actually have several honeymoon suites and it was completely unclear before booking that photos represented MULTIPLE rooms and that we would not get any ability to chose which was preferred. Photos were also very misleading for the different rooms making things appear larger, more impressive- ie the big window view, the outdoor dipping pool, the indoor dipping pool etc. While the room we had was large, there was no natural light, we also no privacy at all. What appeared to be private space was all public space and mostly was just people on top of us all the time. As a honeymooning couple this was not what we were after. Considering the price point this was not competitive or comparable to other honeymoon suites available in Oia. If you are comparing different honeymoon options at this price point, I would strongly recommend going with another option. For just an average hotel, at a lower price point its fine. Just not the the calibre one expects for this price and for a honeymoon. Cleaner also did not turn up during the day and when we indicated politely our displeasure with the room the staff was kind of rude about the response.
