Good place to stay just outside chinatown

Pros: Location just outside chinatown is perfect - close but still not that busy. Staff friendly and helpfull despite the fact that they didn't speak english (still there was a posibility to contact english speaking person by the phone). AC working great. Great price

Pros: Super helpful staff, modern hostel design, clean and neat bathrooms + free shower utilities to use! Amazing locations - in China town, super close to the river, which makes the transportation way easier and the ambience nicer.

Cons: We booked a double room and there was a terrible noise from the ventilation 24h non stop. No way to turn it off. We barely slept. Steep stairs.

Pros: Ive been on two occasions here, years apart, and always the staff have been exceptionally willing to help. They go out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Its extremely clean, great beds and communal areas too. Washrooms luxurious

Cons: Felt the staff wasn't really open with subcontinental people , they were fine but could have improved their hospitality. Additionally, when we came in late to the hostel after 11 ( which we can since we are on a vacation) the staff told other guests that we don't maintain a time and are out all night.. well we are on a holiday and not in a concentration camp. On the day of exit, we left the room on time however a couple of our friends were stuck in traffic and took an additional 40 minutes which was frowned upon. The rooms however were empty , and the luggage was out in the lobby well ahead of time. I mean if you are in the business of a hostel the least you can do is talk rubbish about guests and maintain consistent hospitality regardless of a person's country. We were always polite and extremely nice to the staff.. but our attempts were met with frozen behaviour. Overall it could have been better..

Pros: My brother in law stayed in the mixed dorm and he said the bed was really comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, he liked that they had a washing machine and dryer and the staff was always very helpful. Great place to stay.

Amazing Hostel

Pros: The rooms are cute and comfortable, the staff is super helpful and sweet, the area is very cute and Chinatown is a 10 minute walk or 3 minute tuktuk ride. Theres a Cafe Amazon right across the street and its super accessible to taxis and grab. Its a great hostel. They also have washing machines and a dryer. Great check in area with seating. Sheets are clean.

Cons: If they could add a small continental breakfast it would make it perfect. Even without breakfast its still a great place to stay.

Cons: No lift. There is staircase up to 4th floor, 5th is the rooftop. Just for further information, the restroom for male located at 3rd floor while female restroom at 4th floor.
