The hotel would need to improve breakfasts. Overall stay was okay.

Pros: Overall, the hotel was okay. Our triple room was spacious and clean. Location was good. There was a park opposite hotel. And it was always easy to find taxi due to the hotel location.

Cons: We chose this hotel due to positive reviews about breakfast, but were very disappointed with it. Firstly, empty dishes were never refilled. So if you come by 9:00 am, you will find serving food plates half empty. Secondly, there was no variety. The only variety they had it was in jams, thats it. And lastly, nobody took care of the food on counters. Bread was not covered and in few hours you will find it not fresh and tough( or it might have never been fresh). We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, and tried breakfast twice, then decided not to go to the hotel restaurant again. The positive point was the proximity to ANKAmall where we had our breakfasts.

Great view over Ankara

Pros: It is central to the city... I think. Great breakfast restaurant. Comfortable room. With lots of little things that made the stay easy. For example small shaving kit, toothbrush and toothpaste, tissues, and even shoe polish.

Cons: It's on a busy road. But that can't be changed, so it's fine. That's it. Everything else was exceptional.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel: a comfortable bed, a spacious room and bathroom, a great breakfast with lots of options on the roof top with a terrace, and very helpful and friendly staff. The location of the hotel is good by default - facing parks and close to the train station.

Cons: The one drawback was that our room overlooked Istanbul Caddesi (a little noisy from the traffic when the window was open) and the new stadium being built. But it's not a big deal if the window is closed and by the way we enjoyed an incredible sunset from our room))

Great for a one night transit.

Pros: Surprisingly, the breakfast was a very generous. Great 360 views for the whole city from the rooftop - perfect for sunrise and sunset. The concierge was helpful. Bed was comfy. Local restaurant next door was good, cheap and cheerful.

Good hotel, poor staff

Pros: Great breakfast selection and a very well-placed hotel. Walking distance from Ankara Gar and many tourist sites. Good amenities in the rooms.

Cons: Staff don't have even a base level of English and simply become louder and more aggressive to try and make their point understood, while still speaking Turkish. The room service brochure says that many items are available 24/7 but when I phoned at 9pm I was told that the restaurant is closed and that nothing was available (Only an issue as the hotel itself says that room service is available 24/7).
