Cons: Not a great place for solo travelers aa a guest is not permitted on the property. Waiver needs to be signed to this effect.

Pros: The grounds were incredible. There were plenty of relaxing spots to lounge. The pool was beautiful! It’s so close to the ocean as well. The staff were amazing and recommended plenty of things to do in the area.

Cons: They didn't have a private beach we live on West Coast Fl we left our chairs umbrellas thinking there private beach had them our son and his family drove down to FL from Tennessee it was our grandsons 8th birthday they were staying with friends clise to hotel we asked if our son could park at the hotel the woman in charge said no only our grandson was spending the nights with us so the first day the pool was closed they were painting along the outer sides of pool I called the front hotel for wifi password the woman started talking about the pool saying someone through sand and a women slipped while in the pool I had to cut her off she was borderline harassment the pictures really make it look like a resort it's not I would have paid to have my son's vehicle park at the hotel there were plenty of spaces I was so upset from this woman Mgr I spent 2 days in bed in pain my Fibromyalgia was in full pain thanks to her she was making up stories also in order for my son to swim she wanted to charge a day pass of 35 dollars it was absolutely horrible my husband took our grandson his parents out and off the property I could not believe the customer service it was Horrible I would never recommend anyone to stay there the last 2 trips we've been on with you Booking.com have been terrible just terrible if we don't get some type of compensation I will delete and NEVER use Booking.com again you never even responded to the last disaster at the last hotel we stayed in that's Not professional we are very big on Customer Service due to where we work we never complain unless it's out of our control
