    Wonderful

    Spacious & uncluttered

    Pros: Spacious and uncluttered room. Comfortable bed. Quiet/good sound insulation for less noise in hallways at night.
    Cons: Small moan. Not enough tea/coffee etc for 2 in rooms (as Breakfast only) Always end up bringing my own.

    Value for money and convenient for visit to the Brighton centre.

    Pros: Warm welcome from the staff, clean room, comfortable bed.
    Cons: Our room had a large post in it which had to be avoided. Only other down side was the parking, none available at the Hotel and car park nearby charged 30for 24 hours!! Ouch !

    Convenient hotel that gets the job done

    Pros: It was in a really convenient location, and everything was as expected.
    Cons: There wasn't much natural light, and I didn't really like the flooring. It did have a bit of a cold and dreary vibe that i didn't like.

    Cons: Very budget type hotel, when we arrived reception on her mobile, went to room electricity blew had to change rooms. very noisy all night especially for a Wednesday. Breakfast was awful no really dairy alternatives, my husband couldnt even eat the sausages & he eats anything!! Beds small & uncomfortable. Was not worth 80 when there is so many other alternatives. Deffo worth paying a bit more wish we had!! Very disappointed

    Cons: It was noisy at night- we had the constant smell of drugs wafting through the window from other rooms, the room was hot so we did not sleep well

    Last minute accommodation, unfortunately loud and not a great standard.

    Pros: Location was convenient, check in was easy enough. Breakfast was provided and was quick, clean and easy.
    Cons: Room was not soundproofed, could hear every door opening and slamming from the corridor. Bed was quite uncomfortable, wifi wasn't working and no aircon. I wouldn't say it was worth the price. Tv also couldn't be moved and was directed at a window so couldn't even watch from the bed.

    Great little stay

    Pros: Room was nice and clean. For myself it was convenient. It was comfortable. Staff seemed nice as well.
    Cons: The breakfast times were a bit odd. Monday to Friday 7 till 10 but then weekend 8 till 11.. I would have thought breakfast in the weekends would be early as well as I was there for a conference I would have liked it to be 7am but that's just me.
