    comfortable and central apartment in a great part of Plovdiv

    Pros: loved the location, space, comfort. grateful that the property arranged a parking spot. loved the coffee machine. very helpful staff
    Cons: two things 1. pornography channels were open on the TV. A child could easily flick through the channels like I did and be surprised. pornography channels must be blocked. 2. the water in the shower and sink was scalding hot. it could cause an accident. please turn down the water temperature.

    Perfect for a short break in Plovdiv.

    Pros: Right in the middle of the Kapana district, walking distance to everywhere. Good air conditioning and bedroom at rear nice and quiet. Staff gave us a SIM card for our ipad when the Wi-Fi didnt work.
    Cons: Car parking is a bonus in this area but only if you dont plan to move your car whilst you are there. It is on street outside the apartment but move it and you lose it!

    A wonderful hotel in the heart of Plovdiv

    Pros: It is a great hotel in the heart of Plovdiv. The flats are spacious, very clean and equipped with everything you might need. The location is great and despite being surrounded by many restaurants it is actually very quiet at night time. The staff members are amazing, always ready to help, the whole family felt well looked after. Many thanks to Bright House team.

    Pros: Great if not unbeatable location in Kapana, next door to great restaurants, cafes and shopping. The apartment is spacious and clean, but the wifi didn't work and the curtains are paper thin meaning there's no chance of sleeping past sunrise!

    Pros: The location and the house is very clean. It's a good value for money. We will stay there again next time
    Cons: I think that the scent all over the building is a bit overpowering and can be nauseating . It is a good smell but maybe too much. Maybe use a mild scent next time, otherwise everything is great!
