Pros: Clean, soulless,

Cons: When you arrive you find a bulk standard 3* hotel. Clean, efficient, dull. The Boutique name is a total misnomer. There is nothing boutique about the hotel. Its not even that small. There is nowhere pleasant to sit for a drink or coffee. Its all white Formica cheap and soulless. The room for breakfast is in the crowded basement devoid of any interest. The buffet is extensive but lacks quality and the cooks for the freshly made ommlets and eggs desperately need training. The small swimming pool area has a full time attendant who was lovely but there are far too many sun beds for few takers making manoeuvring difficult. The tiles are extremely slippery so be careful walking. Full marks for the chair to lower handicapped people unit the small pool. The rooms are very ikea leaking storage space and missing any form of luxury. No facial tissues for example. And the 2 miserable 33cl bottles of water left daily are just appalling. Should be at least 1 litre per person. But the staff are friendly, and if your expectations are in the right place its fine. Just a little expensive for what it isThe

Pros: breakfast just perfect fresh produce every day, location in very quiet area but close to Main Street

Short but sweet stay, would definitely stay again.

Pros: Amazing hotel with stunning rooms & pool area. The staff are really helpful and friendly. The breakfast has a huge choice and is beautifully presented, PLUS the coffee is delicious (other hotels should take note) Bed very very comfortable and air con quiet but effective.

Cons: Everything about this hotel is fab. Within the town of Paguera I would say it doesn't cater for vegans, there are some options at the hotel but this is just something I noticed. There is also a super Thai restaurant which has many vegan options.

Comfortable and convenient trip.

Pros: The room has nice finishings. If you want privacy on your balcony get the side view, its also slightly cheaper than pool view. Btw, the super cheap room price has no balcony on the ground floor with bathrooms for disabilities. So consider upgrading for an extra 30/night. Breakfast is nice they do the usual buffet but done with a attention to quality, they make these nice fruit and/or green smoothies, and the juices are all freshly squeezed. Nice touch.

Cons: The toilet/bathroom door is just opaque glass meaning that there is no sound privacy. There is a wall light by the balcony door that I banged my head about 10 times, so if your above 5 11 it will affect you. But overall the finishings are much nicer than the average paguera hotel, the quality can be seen in its extra star (4*) over the the 3* hotels. I got a parking ticket outside the hotel was only gone for 5 minutes, didnt notice the ticket for a couple of days, so it took some detective work to realise when and where the parking ticket was.

Very pleasant stay, nice clean hotel with a pool, sun roof terrace. Close to the sea & local shops.

Pros: Breakfast was good, good fresh cook with omelet and pancake station. Beach was a 5 min walk away & not too crowded & safe for swimming.

It was great, thank you again to the hotel staff for being quick to help with everything.

Pros: We have no complaints whatsoever. The towels provided by the hotel which could be used at both the swimming pool and at the beach were a nice touch.

Cons: The AC at the breakfast area was turned to a very low temperature. However, this was the result of other guests' requests and is as such subjective (people' opinions differ). The hotel staff are put in a difficult position- not being able to please everyone.

A place to truly relax.

Cons: Poor cleaning - horribly dirty plates and glasses at breakfast. During our 9 days stay - the floor in our room wasnt washed once. Bed sheets werent changed either. And lots of ants in the room.

Cons: I paid extra for a balcony room but was fobbed off with a room with a terrace that looked out on to a stone wall shaded by trees. I could not sit out and enjoy the sun or view I did challenge this but was fobbed off. I got the feeling that as I was a lone traveller that they thought it would do. No offer of a refund for the upgrade price
