    Pros: Calm area, not so many people, friendly stuff, nice pools, sort of access to the beach (see disadvantages)
    Cons: The hotel seemed to me a bit understaffed. Certain facilities were closed (e.g. pool bar) or lacked maintenance a bit. Beach could be accessed, but it was sort of weird. The hotel does not have its own beach, but neighboring plots on either side of the hotel are empty and provide okish sand beaches. The access from the hotel could be better though.

    Nice little hotel in the Emerald Coast

    Pros: It's a very quaint hotel in Veracruz. You have to understand that it's not a resort town and there isn't much outside tourism it's mainly going to be locals from 2-3 hours away that come visit the hotel so don't expect any crazy amenities. The hotel is very quiet if you're looking for a weekend getaway. Staff was friendly and I liked that the rooms were big and very private for the most part.
    Cons: I think the rooms could use more updating and attention I believe the quality of the rooms are diminishing quickly and have to be addressed. The complimentary breakfast could use some refinements as it felt very restrictive of what you can order I would like to see them include more things on the menu.

    Pros: The staff was very nice. The facility was very clean we had a great time . The only bad thing was that on the second day of out stay we woke up with no hot water. We had rain through the night and water went inside the room.
    Cons: Apparently the hot water runs out often. Because when I let the front desk know that we didn't have hot water and I had to take a cold shower, they said...oh it happened again?????

    Pros: Pool areas, the entire hotel was well taken care of! The staff was amazing. Our room came with a fridge which came in handy a lot of times.
    Cons: The restaurant was quite expensive when it came to drinks, the bathrooms could need an upgrade but everything was clean and well maintained
