Just happy it was dog...

Pros: It’s pet friendly and beachfront.

Cons: The room was dirty and the shower curtain smelled really bad. There was dirt and bugs all over the window sill. Dust on the lamps. Floor was really dirty too.

Pros: Most of the staff were amazing especially Monica and most of the front desk staff

Cons: Even with do not disturb signs on the door housekeeping always knocked any way and I work over nights so being woke up almost every day after just going.to sleep then being told I couldn't extend my stay because I was there too long you think they would be happy they had a room occupied by someone that took care of it cleaned it.for.them.the time we were there but they weren't the manager said we had to leave with kids and couldn't extend our stay

Cons: The tv didn’t work all you smelled was weed while walking to the room people was running and banging on the windows at all hours of the night waking my kids up the bathroom was small I didn’t feel safe with my kids being there

Pros: The location and the staff were so polite.

Cons: The stickiness in the first room we got. Smelled so smoked up. We asked for a different room and they were able to get a better smelling one the still a bit stinky. No hottub. Sucked a lot cause all of the other hotels nearby had gorgeous ones. Toilet flushed weak and badly. The lights for the bathroom are outside of the room which sucked cause my friends constantly turned them off when I was inside. No free breakfast, you already pay a lot for the room and you have to pay separately for the breakfast which is waaayyyy overpriced. Verbo is my next shot. You can find cheaper hotels that are nicer looking and include everything and even more.

Disappointing

I would not stay there...

Pros: The beach access was wonderful.

Cons: Our toilet was clogged when we arrived and wasn’t fixed until we called twice and finally the next day they came. We called for blankets twice and none came until we went to the front desk three days later. We were there for four days and not once was our room cleaned. They emptied our trash only after we confronted maintenance. We asked them to sweep our floors and nothing. We had to get our own toilet paper from the front desk. The tv did not work. Anytime we called for service or went to the front desk we were met with a smile and told they would fix everything and then nothing got fixed. The property was covered in trash and cigarette butts everywhere.

Pros: I saw alot of bad reviews. Glad we didn't experience any of those. our room was decent sized. The TV is small and not many channels but we stayed on the beach so no problem.

Cons: The fridge wasn't holding its cool. There was a gap of plastic striping gone.

Pros: It was very close to the beach and it was clean and the room was clean it didn’t smell and they brought by bags of towels and toilet paper every morning which was nice

Disappointing

Cons: The bed frame broke when we sat on it. I had to fix it. The room and bathroom was dingy and not kept. The staff we asked how to find our room did not speak English. There was no sprinkler station at the beach entrance to wash the sand off.
