Great location, sick staff in...

Pros: Lower pool was amazing, really friendly staff at the front reception. Our upgraded sea view room was amazing and clean.

Cons: With the Coronavirus on, the staff in the restaurant were very sick and coughing everywhere, around drinks and food. We were disgusted as they should not be aloud at work. The room we stayed in was full of black mould and stunk terribly of it, we had to request a room upgrade and pay extra because we were concerned about our health. The new room was great and had a sea view although there was an animal living in the roof and it was pooing all over our belongings during the stay. Based on our experience, we probably wont come back unless it is in one of the higher grade rooms because they clearly don't take good care of the lower grade rooms and clean them very properly.

Cons: Unfortunately The resort is getting old they not looking after the rooms properly. Not really keen to spending money and do a bit o renovation but still charging higher prices. Ive booked 2 rooms for a family trip and the rooms were smelling very bad like mould. Very harmful for someone with asthma. They tried to offer me other room but it was all the same. The staff are very friendly and prompt to help but it is all about management.

Cons: They have a roadblock on the way to the hotel, this even if you rent a room there and you rent a scooter from the local businesses there, you have to pay... I know its not the hotels fault but cmon, they should do something about that abuse.

Pros: Reception staff were helpful and professional . Nice swimming pool with swim up bar . Swimming pool is open to the public for a small fee. Very close to Uluwatu temple.

Cons: You get a free complimentary snack...popcorn chicken...would be nice to have another choice for vegetarians. Ordering from the a la carte menu in the restaurant ...found drinks overpriced which is just as well as staff are not to quick to offer you another. The restaurant staff need to be trained ...it was not busy lots of staff standing around chatting and not paying attention to the guests. Service was slow.

Cons: Not alot of info regarding the "minimum spend" situation poolside. Once you've sat down and un packed your things the staff come over and say its minimum spend of 1million idr to sit on a couch/bed poolside.

Pros: Location was great, pool was amazing and right beside single fin. 5 min walk down to a beautiful beach and 10 min walk from Suka espresso. Friendly staff.

Cons: Room was outdated and not super clean. Sheets were dirty, hot water was just luke warm. You have to pay to use the daybeds closest to the pool as they are owned by single fin. Breakfast was ok but nothing amazing, was wary about it so I just got toast, overall it didnt meet my expectations but did the job.
