    Awful would never stay here...

    Pros: Price was good
    Cons: It was damp, there were bugs in the lights, millipedes in the bath, spiders in the windows, it smelt bad and the noise from the highway was very loud, the fridge froze everything, and the kitchen area was tiny and unusable, we left in the first day of a two night stay it was unbearable.

    Don’t stay tgere.

    Pros: It was convenient to where we were going - a conference.
    Cons: We asked for a non- smoking room but the room so full of the smell of tobacco when we got there that it was very unpleasant. Indeed, the smoke alarm woke us up at 1:30 am. Also, there weren’t enough parking spots and we couldn’t park outside our room.

    Satisfied

    Pros: This motel definetly beyond my expectation, thought it will be creepy and not comfy (i made booking because most other places with same price are fully booked) But ended up so satisfy, room is clean and comfy. I park my car just at the front of my door, so easy to access my stuff and packing up after. The room provide the essential stuff, microwave, kettle, dish and cutleries, hair dryer. All just convinient.
    Cons: I would tell, it will hard if you not bring car. I only recommend this motel if you drive or take taxi everywhere.

    It was cheap and provided everything advertised so good for travel on a budget.

    Pros: Great value given the price. Everything worked even though the room was very old and looked shabby. Aircon was very effective to warm the room. Overall the motel was very good value so all OK.
    Cons: Road noise was loud and went on all night. Used aircon noise to help block it out. Access to hotel from highway was difficult from western direction and needed some local knowledge. Manager didn't answer the phone and seemed to not be there when I arrived at 4pm as advised with others looking to checkin. We were confronted with a 24 hour kiosk device to try to checkin. We couldnt work it but then the manager arrived and we checked in ok. That was worrying. Not close to any shops or food outlets. Access to Katoomba shops was impossible given the complete traffic chaos entering Katoomba town centre from highway and lack of parking near the shops. Driving back to Leura was only answer. Not the motel's fault of course
