Pros: The rooms are large the facilities are still new.

Cons: The staff are indifferent and rude. The staff appears not interested in customer service or guest satisfaction. Mindless zombies collecting a paycheck with no interest or initiative in performing their jobs. I did not like awaking to 2 men on the ajouning roof with binoculars viewing into my room. I especially did not like being threatened with arrest by hotel security, a geriatric gentleman (Floyd) who is also tribal police and a federal law enforcement officer. Federal charges from a frail walking man with a gun who threatened to arrest me for disturbing the peace because I complained about men with binoculars looking into my wife's room.

Pros: We did not like the first room they gave us as it had a view of the roof top! Not a pleasant thing to look at! So we requested to be moved and the front desk mgr named David Glickman ( i think thats his name) moved us to a room with a much better view. It made all the difference for us to be able to see something pretty! Thanks to David!
