Cons: Pool was offered when booked. Pool is under construction so we did't have a roof top pool like shown on the pictures.

Disappointing on every level.

Pros: I was disappointed on every level at this hotel. The staff in general were down right miserable with the exception of the reception staff. The room was adequate but fell below my expectations. The Pool still advertised on the outside sign and by the lift was empty of water but did have a mattress from a double bed in it. Please look at photo's. there were no comfortable chairs by the empty pool in fact the area resembled a junk yard. The only seating in the hotel was bar chairs and tables nothing and no where to relax. Ordering drinks and meals was easy enough but the time taken to receive said items was way over an expected wait. The staff were quite slow and seemed as though anything asked for was just too much trouble.

Cons: There was very little good about this hotel. I am really at a loss to think of something nice. The said pool as you can see was about 4foot 6 by 7foot and even if it had got water in was certainly wrongly described as a pool, a large bath tub would more correctly describe it. The advertised Gym was closed. I know the worst hotel chain in UK is Brittania if you told me this hotel was part of that chain I would believe you.

Cons: Food is a problem more so like we aged Indians who also turn into vegetarian there. In general it is with beef and pork with different oil used for cooking and salt in every dish is less. Staff is not conversant with English so it is difficult to communicate. It is impossible to tell them about the type of omelet or boiled egg you want (only saving grace in inclusive breakfast. Rooms are small and bit claustrophobic. Additional guest even child can nit be accommodated.
