    Gem in Chinatown

    Pros: The location is fantastic for MRT which is directly across the road. Great selection of malls and Hawker street food and Chinatown's Pagoda Street markets. Something to see around every corner! Just a 30 minute walk to Marina Bay if you want to take in the sights. The room itself was very spacious and quiet. The bed was so comfortable! The aircon worked a treat. Reception staff were lovely and it wasn't an issue with our 4am check out. They even booked a taxi for us. Great stay!

    Disappointing

    There are better hotels for this hotel's price point. Stay elsewhere.

    Pros: The location was near Chinatown station so it's a plus.
    Cons: The airconditioning unit was not working properly. Some of the vents were working but some were not. It was hot the whole time in our room.

    All in all a good place to get some sleep after a long day of sightseeing. Good for a solo traveller

    Pros: Clean room, great location, good shower with good shower pressure.
    Cons: The room was very small and not sound proof. I could hear people in other rooms..

    Pros: Best Location, well-equip facilities not full amenities but ok, good + kind staff and early check-in at request
    Cons: Other than over price during Taylor swift concert, Poor spot of Shower drain, no dry and wet separation in bathroom, super thin wall, no usb or charging wall at bed side, but ok with room size for single.

    Wonderful

    Stellar Location

    Pros: Located at the intersection of two major thoroughfares, but we requested a quiet room and thats what we received. Complimentary drinking water, coffee and tea replaced daily, along with a water boiler in room. Good water pressure, thermostat worked well, and bed was comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy walk to all that Chinatown offers, and directly across the street from Chinatown MRT station.
    Cons: Shower and toilet only partially separated. Not great value for the money, but thats Singapore (recently named worlds most expensive city). One consolation is that there are several delicious hawker centres nearby, where you can take meals on a budget.

    Exceptional staff, great suite, felt really special and slept soundly for the first time!

    Pros: LOVED the suite - thanks for the teddy! We had a great time and the better sleep than we had on our whole honeymoon.
    Cons: Only comment would be the stairs to the fifth floor, but it wasn't that big a deal and made us kinda feel exclusive.

    Pros: Of all the hotels that i've look for our trip only blis has the room that we need for a family of 5 with the cheapest price situated in the most perfect location excessible to malls, mrts and bus... the best hotel for us in Singapore! Will surely choose to stay here again for our nxt trip!

    Great location, lovely clean comfy hotel with good size rooms for families, very close to MRT

    Pros: Great size room for family of 4, double bed was in a separate bit so we didn't all disturb each other. Super clean and comfy.

    Pros: It is close to the city and quite convenient. It is quite comfortable and the air conditioner is very good.
    Cons: It is about dark and not enough light in the rooms. The drain in the shower does not drain water quite well but it was not a big problem for us.
