Pros: The lobby art was just beautiful. And they keep some of the theme in the rooms with cards and door signs. They have so many staff on hand you never wait for anything. The food was buffet in the morning. My family enjoyed the stay.

Pros: The value agreed in the Booking rate was different from the one charged from the credit card and presented in the invoice sent later. The services indicated in the boking profile are not the real ones available, since what is presented as included, in the end they charge it as additional.

Cons: I really want my money back, because what I booked does not match what I received at the hotel.

Pros: Safe location.

Cons: Breakfast was the dame for 4 days. They seem to have a problem with lack of cutlery. I had to ask another guest for a fork. Parking is available but a nightmare. My car would not fit in the car park. My car is a Toyota 4Runner. I had to park around the corner and pay. Bathroom not have soap, but did have the squeeze bottles.... I hate that. Beware check in is at 4:00pm. Everyday i saw a large number of guest waiting to check-in. One was sleeping on the lounge. Barman / coffee maker was rude. 2 light bulbs not working.. Stephen B

Cons: I couldn't sleep well because of the loud music. The elevator did not go to the 12th floor, and I had to use the stairs to go up or down to get to my room.

Used to be great, starting to need help.

Pros: I liked the location, the staff, the lobby area and even the elevators were fine.

Cons: I had issues with the plumbing of the sink the first couple of days. The shower door would not close properly. The staff would turn off the air conditioner in the room, either locally or remotely. The toilet paper was awful and would be rationed out. Often I would have to ask the cleaning people for toilet paper and when it was replaced only partial rolls were given. The paper was extremely thin which would cause you to use half the roll at a time. The towels were of poor quality and no hand towels were ever given. The provided shampoo and shower gel were fine but was always given 2 shampoo instead of shampoo and conditioner. No place to put hand soap after use, should have had some sort of soap dish available. No dresser for clothes and the closet to hang clothes was super tiny. The minibar was larger than the closet space. The beds are worn and the mattress can be replaced. I've stayed at this hotel in the past and it was excellent. It seems they have really started to let it go...

Pros: Very good room & restaurant, interesting lounge. Very close to Agora convention center & 15-20min ride from airport. Nice restuarants in vicinity and short ride to Mall & Attractions (plaza).
