Acceptable

Pros: The hotel is really nice it is in the rice fields therefore you will see tons of lizards on the walls of each hotel room but they don't often get inside. The shower is warm and the AC is cold. Bed is comfortable but the springs of the mattress sometimes bothers your back as you are sleeping. Breakfast is okay and the staff are super nice and friendly. Acceptable hotel for the value

Pros: The surrounding feels so nice and back to nature, but still in the middle of the busy centre, so you can easily walk outside and find restaurant or cafes and back for resting after a busy day. The choice of breakfast is good, freshly made, simple but enough to start the day. Love the concept of the bamboo house. Close to our favourite restaurant: Bebek Bengil Love love the rice fields.

Cons: The water in the bathroom didn't drain fast, so if I took shower a little bit long, the bathroom is already full with water. I had a bamboo house with a loose stairs, so it feels I'm going to fall every time I step on the stairs. Plus it's not at all soundproof, you can hear everything. But I think that's acceptable in exchange with good feeling in living in a bamboo house. They don't have a small size swimming pool for small children. A random Rooster was getting up kinda early, at 3 am and woke me up. But that's not the hotel's fault :)

A very nice place for a short stay close to the Ubud center

Pros: The bamboo cottages are great experience. Do not expect great luxury but value the (eco) property as it is. The beds are good, with nice view. The cottages are located near the central rice fields. It is a very quiet place although very close to the art center and monkey forest. The pools are good for their purpose: cooling down from the heat.

Cons: The shower area could be a bit less 'basic'

Pros: I got here late at night and felt as though I had woken in paradise. Very happy with this hotel. Enjoyed local food for breakfast, and also solo lounging by the pool.

Pros: close to Ubud centre with lots of options and helpful staff to fill the days, it was quiet and peaceful

Cons: Hard to find clean towels for the pool and it was confusing to understand where breakfast was and if the hotel restaurant was open

Cons: I stayed in the Bamboo hut, so you will hear noises through the walls. Might be good to know, if you choose the hut.

Pros: Rooms are nice and cozy. Location is good.

Cons: We extended our stay until 24th. The negligence of the staff has ruined the whole experience. We have booked an airport transfer 2 days in advance and paid for it. We reminded them twice about it as well. When we came to the lobby at 3:30 AM there was no car and the staff at the reception was not aware of it. Instead of apologizing and trying to find the taxi he just has said that he doesnt know anything and was just trying to call his colleague who booked transfer for us instead of searching for taxi. At the end, we found taxi by ourselves. In addition to that we didnt get breakfast boxes which were promised ( breakfast was included in our stay). Looks like they have totally forgot that we checking out at all, because no one even came to help with the bags ( like in case with another guests). This behavior is not acceptable as we were heading at the airport, at night! We could have missed our flight

Great location, amazing bamboo houses with a rice-field in the middle. Everything that you need in the middle of a buzzi

Pros: Perfectly located, close to many shops, yoga places but still far from the buzz

Cons: Can get a bit noisy or have the feeling that you are sleeping outside due to the thin walls but still nice setting

Interesting stay in a bamboo house

Pros: Location is just a few mins away from shops. It is a quiet place except for the morning calls from roosters. Interesting to stay in a bamboo house, over looking paddy field. Staff are polite.

Cons: Pillows are really uncomfortable. Place is a bit run down.
