    We had a great stay and will definitely visit again

    Pros: Great location, amazing views, lovely accommodation and friendly and helpful staff
    Cons: Our bedroom and bathroom were very small and the head height was very low. Consequently we kept hitting our heads on the beans in the ceiling.

    Pros: Breakfast varied and provide a juicer machine. Wonderful view of mountains from restaurant and lounge area. Shuttle bus very reliable and quick to ski lifts/village centre. Relaxing spa area.
    Cons: Towels. Need replacing as thin and rough. Shower cubicles too small.

    Pros: There are not enough words to describe the hospitality, comfort and beauty we received from the place and the people during our stay in Hermitage. Everyone with the perfect balance of professionalism and affinity made us feel like we are in paradise .These days will stay forever in our minds and hearts.

    Everything about our stay was wonderful - we would love to return (highly recommended).

    Pros: Everything - restaurant was truly excellent (we had half-board). Staff were so warm, welcoming - it was clear they wanted to make our stay the best experience possible. Spa was lovely. Room was lovely with a spectacular view.

    Pros: The views from the hotel are incredible. The character of the hotel is really warm and homely and spotlessly clean. We were made very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. All the staff made sure you had everything you needed.

    This is a unique family run hotel with great attention to detail, professional friendly staff and excellent food. An abs

    Pros: I loved the location of the hotel, specifically the magnificent views from the dining room and living room. The hotel was very well maintained and decorated and the staff were very friendly and profesional. The breakfast and food at the item was fabulous and the details such as the tea time cakes in the afternoon made the place really welcoming. The hotel is a family run business and this is very apparent in the warmth and management of the hotel. The shuttle service run by Enzo was very efficient at ferrying us to and from the slopes and the ski equipment delivery and pick up from the hotel was ideal. I will certainly be returning for a winter and summer stay.
