Cons: They put me in a single room that was inside a room with a lot of bunk beds only shared by men. The bathroom I had to share with all those men, the door lock was broken. I felt very unsafe and booked an airbnb at 10pm.

Pros: I had a very bad experience with the front office receptionist. She was extremely rude and scared me to a point that I had to leave one night before my check in. I would like to be reimbursed for the last night I did not stay in please.

Pros: The location

Cons: Firstable, I paid for a non smokers room just for girls and surprise , they had no room for me when I got there. And I paid a week before for it. So they found me a bed in a mixed room. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly. The space was terrible to have 6 beds in there. They putted a guy there who was smoking weed every night and that room was stinky all the time. I usually was waking up in the middle of the night because it was hot. No air conditioning working. The toilets were nasty, all the time full of trash, dirty and wet floors , and clogged toilets. I have to complain about the guy who was in the room because I wear perfume before going to work, so I was getting ready to head out and he came to me with a cleaning product ( chemical) and started to spray my stuff pointing at me. I guess he was under drugs effects. I was very upset because he sprayed also my uniform. Which I had to change cause I work with kids and what he did was not permitted. I did complain to the front desk and they didn’t do nothing about it. They just said we are gonna talk to him. But he was still making the room stinky of weed and nasty shoes all together. The thing is it was a nightmare the week I spent there. And I didn’t call booking costumer service sooner because I was afraid that they canceled on me and lose what I paid. But I want a refund because it wasn’t worth it. This is not what I expected to get for more than 250 dollars per week . And on top of that they charged me 20 dollars extra of deposit when I checked in. Their reality has nothing to do with the publicity they give to this disgusting Hostel. In other cause I would be more than happy to pay whatever amount as long as they give what they promise. But I feel robbed

Pros: The shower didn’t have hot water, and they done have pillows! It’s a like a little ball of cotton they put on the beds. Those are two things they should changé immediately.
