I plan on going to...

Pros: I liked the facility in the beginning when I was told they would not charge for the two service dogs that were with me. I am a traveling nurse and I was in Rapid City for work.

Cons: After I was already there for two days, they charged my credit card for a pet fee. More than what the pet fee would’ve been, if I was to actually have agreed to pay for their fee in the first place. There is zero maid service, which is fine except for there is also zero hot water. I literally had my hand under the water for 15 minutes waiting for it to get hot and it only got Luke warm. So forget about trying to take a bath.

Pros: Convenient to our family’s residence.

Cons: The room was clean but there was a big metal futon next to the bed that we had to move to access one side of the bed. There were no lamps on the night stands next to the bed. There were no electrical outlets near the bed, no place to plug in a CPAP. There was one lamp on a table next to the fridge & microwave, the only light in the room and only one usable electrical outlet in the whole room, it was on that lamp. There was no extra toilet tissue in the bathroom. No Kleenex. There was no phone in the room, luckily we had our cell phones. There was a TV but no remote for it that we could find. Bathroom was clean except the toilet had ugly black stains and it was so low to the floor I almost could not get up from it (I’m 86).

Pros: Good location and price. Room was very clean and neat but no sitting chair

Cons: Needs new coffee pots in room, the room had just been painted recently so the fresh paint smell was very strong, and they need anti slip strips or something of that order in the tub. Husband fell once (not hurt thankfully) and slipped 2 more times in the shower.

Cons: Room was filthy. Homeless people squat there and hotel employee was aware. Parking lot had a crowd of people partying and using drugs. Climbing on our truck and tried to break in (witnessed by my husband) Went to desk and reported it. They didn't care.

Pros: The hotel is in a good location and looks nice from the outside. There are a lot of rooms and all doors open directly to the parking lot.

Cons: We did not realize the room was dirty and lacking items when we checked in. The bed was made and looked clean but nothing else was clean, lacking towels and wash cloths, Wi-Fi certificate was outdated.Vinyl floor was disgusting.

Cons: Cracks in the walls, air conditioning unit was in the wrong room not too mention it was loud, bed frame kept knocking up against the wall, I can hear other people from other rooms, it didn’t look clean, bugs were flying around everywhere, the bed was uncomfortable. Pros: Absolutely nothing. How this place is still run by those people is beyond me.

Cons: Snow blowing in around the door, hair in the shower, no extra blankets or pillows, an A/C that doubled as a heater and sucked, no hot water, absolutely freezing in the room, staff was absurdly rude, drug deals happening all over the property, nothing offered for breakfast, and did I mention that the staff is beyond rude and offensive? Also the phone in the room doesn't work, so you can't even call the front desk to complain.

Cons: That our room smelled like curry very badly. I believe we shouldnt have to be exposed to such smells. Not all people enjoy the smell of curry. My coworker stayed a few rooms down and didnt have any heat
