Pros: didn't partake

Cons: I arrived in the wee hours of the morning and encountered locked doors to the lobby with a posted sign reading, "Give me about 10 minutes. I'll be back shortly". Approximately 20 minutes later, a pleasant young man assisted me with completing my check-in. When I asked why the front door was locked, he informed he had to lock it to use the restroom. This sounds like staffing issue so your employees can manage their toileting needs without interrupting your business. The room was DISGUSTING!!!! In fact, despite being very tired, the room was so disgusting I slept for a limited amount of time in the room for fear of getting a contagion of some sort. The carpet arm chairs were NASTY, stained with God knows what. The carpet had randoms stain throughout. The furniture was beat up A picture is worth a thousand words - see attached photos.

Pros: They had clean rooms, lobby, breakfast area. Secure well lit parking lot with cameras. Friendly helpful staff that accommodated all our requests quickly and cheerfully. Thank you for being there in a spur of the moment need.

Cons: They didn't have USB charging ports. Plug in chargers were needed in order to charge tablets, phones, etc. As this was an unexpected stay, we did not bring our house chargers with us.

Pros: Not much.

Cons: Heater didn't work well and was noisy. Heater in the next room was worse and was extremely noisy with howling and squealing. Did not allow for much sleep at all. Turning the heater off was not an option because few covers on the bed.

Pros: The location was good. Close to Davis which was nice. The room was also nice and the people at the front desk were very friendly.

Cons: The heating/AC unit was a little hard to figure out but other than that a very nice stay.

THEIVES, Very sad

Cons: Left watch behind with charger. Called the front desk 15 min. after checking out. Offered to pay someone to mail to our house, Never returned phone call. Called back, again said would ask around and never called me back. Must of needed my wifes watch more. VERY SAD

Pros: Location was good, left too early to enjoy the breakfast but was great to grab coffee and a little something. Bed was comfortable and room felt pretty clean.

Cons: I felt like the carpets were not clean, room didn't smell very fresh.

Cons: No elevator. Carpets and upholstery in room were FILTHY. Furniture VERY worn and dated. Spring mattress-who still sleeps on springs?!

Disappointed

Pros: The location for us is great. As stated before its a half way stop for us traveling between our San Diego home and our Portland OR area home. Still updating the hotel which is good.

Cons: 1-Usually theres nothing when we stay here. Not this time. When we arrived we didnt get the room we requested. We requested a floor level pet friendly room. They said they didnt get the request. I told them they sent me a response back with the request right in it. They blamed it on Booking.com. My wife has a hard time getting upstairs even with an elevator due to being hit by a drunk driver back in 1984. The room was standard except the floor was extremely stained. Beds were good though. 2-We were towing a very small uhaul trailer. I parked in the parking lot right in front of the front door to the hotel. I asked if I good there. The manager said it not their parking lot. It belongs to the restaurant next door. I said even though its closed after 2pm. She said yes hell have it towed off. I said I see people who are staying here literally parking there. I had to move and find a spot that took up just a little over one space. When we left in the morning the parking lot in the front of the hotel was LITERALLY FULL OF CARS OF PEOPLE STAYING AT THE HOTEL! Lots are construction worker vehicles that are parked there and all throughout the hotel complex. Im sorry but as pleasant as past stays have been this last stay may have been our last stay.

Pros: The room was spacious and it appears that the bathroom fixtures were reasonably new.

Cons: I told the front desk that the toilet in my room was blocked. I was told that maintenance was 'gone for the day' but that they had a plunger if I wanted to come by and grab it! I'm going to assume they have a plunger handy because I was NOT the first person to experience this problem. Needless to say, not very professional from a chain such as Best Western.

Okay and bed was comfy

Pros: Delish. Good variety to eat. Grounds and pool enjoyable. Quiet.

Cons: Dirty furniture had to use a towel to sit on very stained chairs. Tables and dressers very scratched .

Pros: price made it worth being 20 minutes from downtown Sacramento

Cons: Our room was far from the front desk and breakfast area. For some reason we were assigned a handicap room.

Cons: The rug was saturated with a liquid, I was told to put a towel down over it and step over. The desk clerk was the only one on duty, so I went to get extra towels, I always made it a habit to wear socks, the rug through out the room was fifty.
