    Cons: We stayed for 1 night and were in a duplex room. The noise from the adjacent room's inhabitants felt like its coming from the bathroom, we could hear their conversations. It was very unpleasant and uncomfortable, hard to rest. In addition, the housekeeping g staff as well were shouting and talking to each other in a very loud manner in the morning while doing their duties. Overall our rest was constantly disturbed, it was very noisy. Housekeeping staff should keep guests resting, rather than disturbing them by being so loud...

    Paid for a bed, slept on a sofa, a lot of attitude from hotel staff.

    Pros: Convenient location for the airport.
    Cons: We booked a room with two single beds, but were told there was no more room with single beds. And the staff blamed it on us, saying it was because we arrived too late. We were told there were two single rooms, but wed have to pay for one extra room. We were offered a room with a sofa bed, and was told if we didnt like the offer, we could go to other hotels. Obviously we would not go to other hotels at 4-5am, so we ended up taking the room with a sofa bed, and making the bed ourselves at 5am.

    All in all a pleasant stay and I would stay again

    Pros: Very close to airport and free shuttle bus for airport
    Cons: Two of us had poor facilities in room! Refreshment sachets and bathroom complimentary bottles etc hadnt been replenished! There was no hairdryer, looked in wardrobe , drawers etc as friends was in wardrobe ! Price list for snacks on a scan bar code! ( only stayed 1 night ) Food selection quite good for complimentary breakfast although for British taste it was strange eating cold beans etc ! Cereals , continental breakfast , sausages , bacon , toast , pastrys etc . Evening Restaurant was lovely, clean and whilst not as cheap as other Bulgarian restaurants it was nice food and reasonable price for Best Western . Location super easy with free shuttle for airport but there are no shops close by ! Staff were all helpful, polite and professional . All in all a pleasant stay .

    Professional airport hotel with international prices

    Pros: The location is good, still not at the airport but at the boulevard to the airport, so you cannot walk to the airport but there is a free shuttle which is very convenient. The room size is OK and the beds are comfortable. There is free underground parking but also there is space to park in front of the hotel. The staff is very nice!
    Cons: It is an airport hotel - you cannot expect much more. The breakfast "to go" was below average as the sandwiches were mostly bread and tasteless (the juice was Ok). The restaurant is just OK, as the food is expensive but not great.

    Nice

    Pros: We are returning customers so we knew what we were going to have. Nice clean hotel and they upgraded our rooms which was the best! We love the robot who brings the towels (or anything you ask for).
    Cons: Unfortunately the breakfast got worse than our last stay. The breakfast needs urgent upgrade and please bring back the water in the rooms (it was complimentary of the hotel before, not anymore).
