Best Western Plus founded by M.K. Guertin started in 1946 and began as an informal channel between the properties and the guests or travelers. Guertin with over 23 years of experience in the lodging and accommodation business started this “guest referral system” mainly through phone calls from his office to the that of the property.     Terrible never understand why it's...

    Pros: Nothing really
    Cons: Nothing really. As I started off it was not listed in the same location as Google has said it was when I first placed my reservation. It was bought out by another hotel so I was 20+ blocks away from my intended location when I first purchased the reservation. The entire layout of the room was confusing as the sink was outside of the bathroom. And everything was grungy. it was in the wrong location charged the wrong amount as the booking for the hotel ended up being 50 dollars off the price I was told I would pay and I was also woken up with a call at 3am asking if we heard a noise on our floor from the front desk. Which woke me and my wife up from a dead sleep.

    Please fix the AC units

    Pros: Location was perfect
    Cons: The AC in the room didn’t work. Got to almost 80 in the room. They gave us a new room and that ac went out as well. Also the heat in the hallway was on so high to the point we couldn’t breathe. It was 75 degrees outside the day we stayed. Very uncomfortable

    I went to relax and...

    Pros: Breakfast was not offered nor available. Had coffer maker in room but did not provide enough cream, sugar, stirrers or cups. Room was comfortable but needs to be updated, especially the bathroom. The front desk staff were professional, helpful, pleasant and attentive when approached. Hotel location was excellent and central to shops, restaurants and other activities
    Cons: Heated pool was Luke warm. Room was not serviced during entire stay. Had to request towels from cleaning staff. One elevator was out of order and entire day and night.

    This was an ok spot...

    Pros: decent size indoor pool and located beach front and ocean view.
    Cons: The hotel is very outdated! It looked a little sketchy but you get what you pay for. Lighting in the indoor pool area could use more lighting felt little dark especially swimming after dinner.

    Great stay! Will stay again...

    Pros: The location was excellent . Lots of attractions, restaurants, bars and stores. The kids really loved the pool. Overall it was a great stay!

    Pros: My husband and. I left at 7:30 am, we couldn’t wait to get out. Of that place.
