Pros: The staff were amazing and always willing to assist with any queries. The rooms were large and had everything we needed. The location was fabulous. Across the road from Noreuil Park, which is on the Murray River with beautiful views and awesome walking track. We were able to go kayaking down the river and walk less than 4 minutes back to our hotel. Our stay was fabulous.

Pros: In all honesty only the male manager. Everyone and everything else just stunk. No politeness or problem solving kills

Cons: Gosh where to start...first and foremost they did not refill the shampoo conditioner. I got told "we only fill it when it's below that line" which basically means EMPTY! it was empty by my first night, who wants to call room service 15 hours after arrival and do something the maids should have already done? Definitely not me. So I had to go out the next day getting hygiene products as I was under the impression they would have been sufficiently provided. They charge you $40 if there's any dishes in the sink because the maids are too lazy to do a few dishes but at the same time they can't do their job and fill the hygiene products for a 4 night stay? Uhm....? I should have dirtied every dish and left it all around aswell as rubbish! Second of all there was only 2 towlels in the whole room, there was a king and a queen so that's 4 people and I get 2 towels? For four nights? OK The shower near the kitchen, who designed that? A blind perosn? The water spills out to the carpet outside the door. Goes onto the toilet, drenches your clothes if you've left them down or anything by that means. Now for the grand finally..... We ordered room service the day we arrived for dinner. My husband ordered the squid and salad, my daughter ordered pizza and chips which they overcooked that to the Max so I had to buy her maccas for dinner. And I ordered the schnitzel chips and salad, at first it was quiet pleasant. Until I got to the end and found a chip of glass that was lodged in my tooth! Yes you heard that right. GLASS. I called the manager of the bar up who was Kate, and she stood in my kitchen looking around looking at glass in her hand after It was lodged in my tooth dumbfounded. She has absolutely no idea what to say or do. After standing in silence she said I'll speak to the manger of the motel tomorrow and he'll contact you. In result of that we were told to come back down the next night with their "other cook" and dine in.

Pros: Rooms clean and tidy. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Have not been in Albury for 12 years. Use to stay here for work. It was always good and nothing service wise has changed. Rooms updated since my last visit. Good value for money. Thank you to the staff for being so welcoming.

Cons: Unfortunately the restaurant was not open but they did offer menu for room service. One night we had no TV as internet was down. Neither of these issues made a huge difference to our stay.
