Wonderful Stay in Vienna!

Pros: We loved everything. The room was clean, spacious and modern with one of the most comfortable beds We've ever slept in. The staff was friendly and we appreciated the water and small snacks in the lobby. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Several employees were smoking right outside the front door when we left in the morning. We are non smokers so not being able to avoid the noxious cloud of smoke upon leaving, was unpleasant to say the least. Moving just 10 feet away from the door would help.

Perfect city hotel

Pros: Perfect location, closeby parking and in the middke of town centre. Good for city trip. Excelent staff, specialy the lady’s at the breakfast buffet!

Value for money. Nice little...

Pros: Location is great on the edges of old town 5 min walk from city center and subway. Staff was friendly and allowed an early check in. They serve cold water, fruits and candies in the lobby, bed was comfortable. Room pretty big.

Cons: Safe in the room is extremely hard to operate let alone figure out. Bathroom a bit on the smaller side.

Pros: Awesome and cozy hotel, has great location and wonderful staff. The rooms are really clean, and they pay attention to every detail. The breakfast is good, as well. Would go there again, no doubt!

Pros: Location

Cons: A lady guest came to my room from the above floor and started shouting and screaming to me that she was getting disturbed as the doors tend to close with a loud noise when they close . Her tone was very wrong and very racist which I had reported to the front desk and also to the Manager Mr Marcos. Rooms were extremely warm with the heating and no AC as the temp outside was quite warm .

Welcoming, friendly, comfortable, great location.

Pros: Staff were great, very friendly always there to help. Fabulous location. Hotel was very clean. Very nice touch the free drinks in reception (tea’s and water), sweets and fruit…… the chocolates or biscuits in your room every day also very nice. Breakfast was excellent nice choice of food and the staff in the breakfast room couldn’t do enough to make sure you had what you wanted. Would 100% go back. Thank you Hotel Das Tigra you helped our stay in Vienna a fantastic experience.

Pros: Possibly the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. Very accommodating staff. Our room even had a skylight and it was a wonderful edition. Clean room. Excellent location. Easy walking distance to St. Steven's and a straight shot to the U4.
