    Great location

    Pros: Great location to explore the city, close to the beach & restaurants. The room with the balcony had a distant sea view, which was very enjoyable. Our littel dog was very welcome, which was amazing.

    Cons: rather small rooms, and small common areas. parking is a challenge but that is common problem in the city

    Pros: The bed was comfortable albeit only 1m40 wide despite advertising it as a "double" so for 2 adults it was very squeezed. This happens quite often in France so better check with the reception if that could be an issue for you.
    Cons: The water in the shower never got really hot, only luke-warm. It didn't help to keep the water running for a while. The owners are probably trying to save money on fuel. There was a lot of noise from the street despite being on the 4th floor on the "quiet side" of the building. I guess that's to be expected if you want to be in central Cannes,

    Pros: Location of the hotel is so good.
    Cons: Lowest category rooms are very small. We paid and upgraded our room to the one with balcony and that was so nice and very comfortable
