Cons: if I am being really picky. Shower in room was OK but needed modernising. However they are in process of modernising rooms.

Cons: Disappointed that the restaurants were not able to serve food in the evening. Only room service or bar service. Also room needs renovation especially the bathroom.

Good hotel in a great location.

Pros: The hotel was easy to get to and in a great location just a short distance away from the seafront and centre of Le Touquet. The room was a good size with a nice comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful and helped us locate a couple of great restaurants in Le Touquet.

Cons: On the evening we stayed there was a conference or work event that went on late into the night. Even though we were on the other side of the hotel you could hear the music into the early hours. It was also expensive given we stayed in low season.

Pros: The atmosphere at the restaurant was nice. The food (diner) was good.

Cons: The hotel has lost its grandeur. The steps at the main entrance have quite alot of loose tiles. This looks terrible and is dangerous. The bottom of the swimming pool was actually loose.. as if one is walking on a trampoline. Nobody was actually maintaining the spa area. With a simple mop the excessive water could have been removed. Now it feels like you're walking in a crowded public swimming pool. The bartender had to consult his own menu in order to prepare two cocktails and couldn't help us with providing billiard chalk to use at the pool table. The hotel was out of stock he said. In the room itself: - the bedsheets were stained. - the lighting was horrendous. No romance here with the bright cold white undimmable lights. - the washing table and shower had multiple big stains. - they put 1 bottle of 50 cl water complementary water in a see through empty fridge. This looks very cheap. - the beds are very short. My feet were dangling out quite alot. I mesure 1m93. - instead of 1 big 2 person bed, which was paid for, they just put 2 1 person beds together covered with a sheet so there was a gap in between. We had room 304 with bay view.

Pros: Reception staff when checking in were very welcoming and friendly. Decor lovely everywhere overall. Bed very comfy.

Cons: Bar staff and evening reception staff very rude. Did not feel welcome to stay in bar area, think we put him out by asking for a drink!

Pros: Location, close to quiet walks but also close to town centre. Facilities fine, room comfortable, restaurant good, staff friendly.

Cons: Some repairs needed.
