Pros: The room was decent.

Cons: Construction was going on constantly, and they're charging the same rates. I couldn't even get to the counter without pulling a plastic sheet back.

Pros: All the staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was delicious. I also loved the setup of the room.

Cons: The one key card worked twice and then stopped. We got it reprogrammed again and it worked a few times and then stopped. Then the other key card stopped working on our last morning there. Very strange. Also, the pool had a little bit of diet on the bottom.

Pros: I had sofa in the room which was smelling horrible couldn't sit for more than 10secs, unfortunately I couldn't watch tv which was in front of smelly sofa. Breakfast was ok.

Cons: Desperate need of remodel. Front entrance windows were filthy. Room was wore out. Walls scuffed, mattress needed replaced because of lumps. Room was ADA equipped. Shower floor stained. Sink had no place for personal toiletries. The property was supposed to be smoke free but could smell cigarette smoke all night.

Cons: I canceled on the same day I got there because after entering the room. Everything looked fine till you looked closer. And I’ll be nice about it but there were certain issues regarding the bed, that completely grossed my partner and I so much we needed a refund. It is going on day 14 and I still haven’t received my refund and I’m sitting here going back and forth through this hotel and booking.com IF you are ever in the situation to not come to this hotel and save yourself the troubles I’m currently experiencing, I would stay far away. Since I booked through Booking.com it it frustrating because they’re telling me it’s up to the hotel and the hotel is telling me it’s up to them. It’s way too many games. Being played and nobody is handling the situation according. It’s really sad and disappointing so save yourself the troubles

The stay at the hotel...

Pros: The location was good and hotel is not bad. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The lighting was calming and the walls were not as thin as other hotels where you hear everything from other rooms. The night receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. She was always polite and provided outstanding customer service. Check in was quick and easy. When we had issues with of the keys to the room, the receptionist who checked us in was always helpful and got it fixed asap.

Cons: The breakfast was completely awful! We went down at 8am the first morning and there was nothing to eat besides prepackaged muffins and banana. I went to the front desk to ask if they could replenish the hot food as breakfast is not over till 10am and the receptionist asked another receptionist if she would go do it and she had said no. The one I spoke to walked into the dinning hall obviously not happy to have to provide services to guests and stated with "I don't do breakfast, I'm just filling in " while 6 guests including ourselves watched and listened to her. We ended up waiting 25 minutes for breakfast. The eggs tasted like melted plastic in water and the waffle mix was so bland and worse than grocery store freezer waffles. The tater tots were undercooked and slimy. We ended up throwing out the food and left the hotel to eat elsewhere later. The following day, the breakfast was an improvement but still very underwhelming. There's a musty smell throughout the hotel. Although it stated it is a smokefree hotel, it still smelled like people smoked. That was unpleasant as we don't smoke. The shampoo container in our bathroom looked like the bottle was refilled and not a fresh bottle. The day receptionists had no customer service skills. They were rude and were not pleasant to anyone who had questions. Other guests were complaining about them the whole time in the dining room and spoke about their horrible experiences with them.

Cons: We didn’t stay because the room that was in the picture on line was false advertisement. The whole reason we picked there was for the big bathtub. Receptionist apologized and we went and stayed at the Holiday Inn
