Never going to Best Western...

Pros: Location is the only good thing here.

Cons: Requested early check-in upon booking and was refused this upon arrival. The desk person was rude. This property is run down. The gates didn't open, the door to get inside from the pool didn't work. There was no working vending machines. The noise level with construction next door was horrible. We couldn't enjoy the beach due to the noise. The Beach staff was Rude and never identified themselves but came up and gave us an attitude. No instructions provided on use of the "resort " amenities. The ceiling in the room is warped from water damage. Noise level in the hallway from other guests was unacceptable.

Pros: Close proximity to the beach and free trolley bus stop nearby. Room was big and fairly clean.

Cons: Musty smell in the room. We did not like the hidden fees for the beach towels and sunbeds. It was 160 dollars for the 3 nights.. and for the 3 of us we got only two towels and two sun beds..it did not make sense to us.

SAFETY HAZARD ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTED EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED Will NEVER STAY again.

Pros: The only thing was the short walk to beach. Everything else was absolutely TERRIBLE. Safety hazards,Service,everythings BROKEN,MOLD scent,unfulfilled amenities,resort fee when we cant even receive our $18 per water per day. No hot water/pressure. When you do eat they watch your every move.rude staff that Does not care about your stay @ all. Smoking allowed, leaking toilet loudly doors have huge open gaps Housekeeping does not fulfill any request you literally have to get it yourself.

Cons: 1. Smoking allowed2.Rude staff that dont care.they dont like to work @all & thats clear.3. Checking in process we were ignored as 3 staff stood around looking straight at us then. Finally spoken to she kept speaking in a different language even after knowing we dont speak hers & kept pronouncing my name incorrect 4. Only 1 working elevator 1/2 the time we had to walk up floors 5.Leaking in staircase on all levels & soaked on ground basement floor & in hallways unsafe. SAFETY HAZARD 6. Resort fee of $18 per Person they did not openthe beach therefore they would not give us bottles of h20 even when asked to receive the they refused to give it to us. We couldnt use the beach towels/umbrellas none to be found anywhere while other hotels opened their beach areas.7.The $22.86 breakfast buffet was not good food & the Only option provided they watch your every move like youre going to steal something.8.The gym is broken cardio machines with only incomplete dumbbells sets; NO A/C no vent to breath 9.No shower pressure & no hot water maintenance came to fix it but that only helped with temp.10. The toilet runs loudly for awhile after each flush 11.Tv is in a different language & they would not fix it. Could not even watch channels on it told us they couldnt do anything about it 12.Room doors have a huge gap,walls are extremely thin.The entire building are moldy musky scented 13. When we called for more towels 2x they said housekeeping will bring them we waited overnight & when calling front desk there was no answer we had to keep going to them for everything. 14.Washing/dryer machines broken & theyre not responsible their solution was for us to give them our soaking clothes in hopes we receive them back when they couldnt give us a time & theyll shrink or we could walk blocks away hoping we can find a dryer. Manager WALKED AWAY IN MiDDLE of CONVERSATION. unprofessional,DISRESPECTFUL.

Pros: I loved the room. The view was exactly the one shown in the pics. The room was comfortable. Very close to the beach. Location of the hotel was good, a bit away (walking distance) from the more lively area of Miami Beach.

Cons: Only one elevator was working throughout my stay and the hotel was full. I was in the last floor so coming up and down was a bit of a challenge since you may needed to wait.

Cons: Too many of the TV stations weren't working in my room (most especially for my desire no fox news channel.. also the computers in the lobby had no working printer -1 printer had no toner and d the other couldn't be accessed to print This w a s from Thursday till Sunday. I needed to email my boarding pass to the front desk to have it be printed.. It took several requests at the front desk until well into my second day there to finally have a manager give me little slip of paper with more complete and clear instructions for the wi-fi access and password. ( I think that should have been clearly done right at my check-in, or maybe have that info available somehow clearly in the room to be more easily found)
