Afordable hotel with very clean room and comfortable bed, close to subway line and shopping mall

Pros: Room was avarage, nothing special, but very clean and quiet and the bed is soft and comfortable. There is a free parking available close to hotel. Few minutes walk is the bus stop from where in 2min you can get to Westfield Chodov shopping mall and the Prague subway line. There is nothing much around the hotel, one fast food restaurant and Decathlon shop. In general, if you want to stay in a clean hotel for a decent price, it is not bad choice then.

Cons: This is a budget hotel, so it is what I was expected for this price, so there is nothing bad to report.

Pros: Staff tried to make the best out of it. Breakfast was ok-ish. Super ugly area, nothing to do around.

Cons: The Hotel is situated in a very ugly area. Rooms super small. Impression on booking.com is different than the reality. Any hotel in town is a better choice. Underground takes only ten minutes if you have business in the area.

Cons: I did not like the fact that it was advertised that one could pay optionally for breakfast. The information here on the site implies that you can choose to have breakfast by paying the advertised fee for one day's breakfast. That advertisement is misleading. As it turned out I was denied breakfast even though I was willing to pay and they told me at the restaurant they had plenty of breakfast to spare. This was absolutely outrageous since the property is located in a secluded area in the outskirts of the city with very limited options for food. I complained at the reception then elevated my protest to the hotel manager, who suggested I go to KFC next door. That means going out in subzero temperatures to have chicken for breakfast. To me this is absurd, just plain bad customer service. I had to go hungry for a good until I managed to find a gas station out in the cold that served bellow average food. The justification implying they rationalize and plan breakfast places is nonsense since they have to account for last minute bookings as in any hotel around the world. Very disappointed with this property. I am sure that the multinational that owns this hotel does not deny breakfast to customers willing to pay, specially in the US where the multinational is based because this would simply be a scandal that would appear on the local press and easily escalate to a serious lawsuit. Besides, this policy contravenes the worldwide tendency to reduce hotel food waste. Instead of selling me their spare breakfast they are prepared to happily let it go to waste while there is hunger anywhere else around the world. A senseless move that only translates to ruining a customer's vacation through lousy customer service.
