Fantastic terrace view and great service

Pros: - The terrace view and size - The room is clean and nice - The hotel is directly on the lake - There are several restaurants in the walking distance - staff is professional and kind - good breakfast options - garage parking offered that is around 10 min walking distance - fridge has some drinks and snacks

Cons: - it would be nice if the parking is on site - dinner quality in the hotel was not up to the level - it would be nice if there was a coffee machine in the room

Cons: Started off with dinner (which was not cheap comparing with all the other places we had visited in the past 3 weeks around Italy- about 150 euros for 5 people. If you like fish or any kind of seafood, do not order from their menu, its disappointing; flavorless! Steak and carbonara were ok! Breakfast was very, very disappointing; specially because we were coming from an Agriturismo little hotel the morning before that costed us half of the price and served us 3x better food. We were told that breakfast would be served from 7-11am, so we planned our day around it. We came down for breakfast about 7:15am and there were just a few items ready to be served (nothing fresh! Some sliced bread, some box juices, some cold cuts, 1 or 2 pies and an yogurt machine with some cereals As time went by they started bringing out eggs, sausages, baguettes and other stuff .. we finished our breakfast about 9am :/ We had high tech A/C panel in our room but it didnt work. The night was cold and the heather was on and the room was quite hot.. we tried to mess with the panels without success. We called the reception and asked how we could adjust the temperature, and the answer we got was: it only works for heater; not for A/C. If the room felt hot we needed to opened the balcony door and leave it opened. Lastly, pillows in our room were paper thin. We asked to change; they said we had others in our cabinet (which we did- but they looked just the same as they ones in our bed).. so we stacked them up and tried to get comfy.

Pros: Amazing location - the views from the balcony of our room was one of the most beautiful of our entire trip! Loved the location close to the beach, where we could rest on the grass and rented a kayak to explore the water! Fun pathway along the water as well with lots of great restaurants

Pros: Perfect place to stay. Staff where fantastic, room service and cleaner AMAZING!. Exceptionally clean and tidy. Parking is around 5 minutes walk away, but staff at hotel park and bring vehicle to hotel, which was very welcome. Excellent service and would make this place a priority to stay again if in the area.

Pros: Our room was the perfect size for the two of us. When it states that you have a view, you do and its absolutely beautiful! We stayed for 6 nights and the staff was always so gracious and very friendly. The bicycles were a bonus as well! Hotel Bellariva, we loved!!

Modern hotel with outstanding views at mountains and lake.

Pros: This is a perfect balance between good quality hotel and home. We have an a oporrtunity to stay in deluxe and economy rooms, so I can tell you about the worst and best things that this hotel can offer. Small rooms are small but enought If you would like to treat a room as a space for sleeping. Very clean, modern looking room with balcony and quite ok view for an economy room. Deluxe room is much bigger, and the view from balcony in outstanding. Worth every money. Distance from hotel to city center is ok if you like to walking :). Perfect breakfast.

Pros: A great apartment with all the essentials in an awesome location on the Lake, walking distance to shops and restaurants, as well as the Old Town. Parking for the apartment was convenient under the building.

Cons: The beds were a little hard - though not as hard as some! The jacuzzis needed cleaning.

Pros: Upon our arrival, we noticed that the air conditioning was malfunctioning, and the room was infested with numerous mosquitoes. Following a brief discussion with the hotel staff, they promptly repaired the air conditioning unit while we were out for dinner. They also provided us with mosquito spray. The two young ladies at the front desk were exceptionally helpful and made every effort to assist us in resolving our issues. The parking provided by the hotel is very convenient for easy access in and out. The room is comfortable and quiet, offering a small corner view of the lake. The balcony is spacious, however, due to mosquito issues, we couldn't sit there to fully enjoy the view.
