    The perfect family accommodation

    Pros: The pool and spa were lovely, so great for the whole family. Our balcony views were amazing. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. Our beds were so comfy. The air conditioning was a blessing. The cafe was a great addition.
    Cons: Sometimes it was difficult to find secure parking. It would have been better if each hotel room were allocated their own car space instead of having to drive around each level in search of a free space. We were only provided with very limited cleaning products and toiletries for our stay. We had to go out and purchase our own to maintain the cleanliness of our room.

    Pros: Loved the apartment we had a great view. The pools were great for my son. I enjoyed the spa and the sauna. It was a very relaxing stay. The Shopping centre and tram were right across the road. Had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again.

    Great place to stay handy for the family.

    Pros: Its location and family friendliness. Staff we fabulous when I found the mattress too hard they put a mattress topper on within 2hrs. Also got to leave our car in the carpark for a few hours after check out with no questions asked.

    Pros: Good location, close to everything, best coffee ever in the cafe located in the apartment block, washing machine was a bonus
    Cons: Apartment was tired and lots of dust/cobwebs at side and back of settee, vacuum cleaner was full so worked better when I cleaned it out, very noisy with building work next to Bel Air, not their fault but would have helped to have known, and road is very noisy if you're a light sleeper, and blinds don't cover the windows well so gets bright very early.
