    Pros: The decor of the hotel was nice and it had a nice smell to it too. Breakfast
    Cons: Lack of parking! Dirty grouting in showers Poor quality bedding Dinner at the restaurant was the worst meal I have ever had.

    Pros: Absolutely nothing to be honest, the shower was nice thats about it
    Cons: room to small and parking wasnt the best, spa you need to book before you go.

    Lovely building but rooms a little tired and bar and breakfast staff entirely unprofessional.

    Pros: Very lovely bar and cafe downstairs
    Cons: The staff very mostly inattentive and breakfast, while busy, a complete mess and chaos beyond the busyness. staff during Sundays breakfast were rude and lazy, telling us not to clear the table when we wanted a bit more space after finishing food but also not clearing it up themselves despite promising to do so. We then cleared the plates together ourselves and were very rudely shouted at that we were to leave this.

    Pros: Elegant period exterior in a lovely location. Decor inside matched expectations! Such a cosy well appointed bedroom.

    Pros: The Room was an incredible size, so tidy and everyone was so welcoming! The staff were so helpful and the spa was an incredible experience. We felt so welcomed and will be back for sure! This was our first stay away as a couple and you made it an experience we'll never forget!

    Its an old hotel, with a good refurbidhne

    Pros: The breakfast was good, nice restaurant with river views . Very noisy on arrival on the Saturday, a very busy place.
    Cons: My room was not ready on arrival at 3pm on the Saturday, had to wait an hour. No apology, not even a coffee offered while i had to wait! Just poor customer service.

    Bedford Swan hotel

    Pros: Cleanliness of hotel and polite, helpful staff.
    Cons: Booked a king room but put in a double room. Didn't bother questioning it as they were still getting rooms ready for arrival, so I assumed the king room wasn't ready yet. We arrived 30 minutes after the advertised check-in time, so we would have expected all rooms to be ready.

    Excellent location fabulously decorated great food and drink menu would stay again and recommend to a friend

    Pros: Excellent location well decorated very clean . Excellent drinks menu, spa looked lovely but we didnt use as it was 20 each I feel this should be included .. we arrived Sunday @ 5.30 and food stopped so couldnt eat in the hotel which was a shame .. rooms were small but very very nice
    Cons: Paying for spa facilities & couldnt eat after 6pm sunday , when sitting in the lounge no one comes to take food or drink order u have to go to bar and pay and take ur drinks otherwise it takes ages.. I would stay again this is just some improvements that could be made
