    Pros: Location is handy to the event at Queenspark School
    Cons: My request for a ground floor unit was not met. Consequently my partner tripped when approaching the stairs and broke her wrist. The staff were then able to put us on the ground floor. The staff were very helpful after the incident.

    Pros: White bed linen and towels were clean and fresh
    Cons: Unit needs a good spruce / paint. Walls, sockets and switches were a bit grimy. Floor is past its best. Room was cold but couldnt locate air con controller. Found some spare duvets but they smelt of vomit.

    Tired but it did the job

    Pros: Great location. Unit had everything we needed. Lovely big fridge/freezer. Shower pressure and water temperature was great.
    Cons: Check-in was an eye-watering experience - it took a long time (30 minutes plus), Eftpos was down, they attempted to charge double the agreed rate and the two units we had requested to be together (and assured they would be) were on complete opposite ends of the complex, one upstairs and one downstairs. Room was not child-friendly with an unsecured glass top coffee table that moved when touched. Very tired building.

    Pros: It was close to the beach and the hot pools with a coffee cart across the road.
    Cons: There are permanent residents living in the lower levels of the building. The stairwells were quite grubby.

    Pros: Location ok, didn't know when I booked that it was a rear section. The sea view was impeded by the houses in front
    Cons: Lack of kitchenware. We stayed 3 nights, no dishcloth, detergent, condiments. No teaspoons. 1 teatowel. No extra rubbish bags. Bath linen thin & worn. 1 & 1/4 toilet rolls. The couch was rock hard uncomfortable. The table & chair wobbled. The bed was very uncomfortable with the springs being felt in the mattress. I noticed the fire board was flashing DEFECT, staff member advised it was known to management. We we're warned the showers could cause the smoke detectors to activate. The apartment was old, shabby, damaged & depressing
